    (The Repentance or Immunity)
    سورة التوبة
    Total Ayaat: 129

    9.1

     بَرَآءَةٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ

    إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ

    Baraaa'atum minal laahi wa Rasooliheee

    ilal lazeena 'anhattum minal mushrikeen

     

    Freedom from all obligations from Allah and His Prophet Rasool,
    to those of the polytheists with whom you made a treaty.

    bezaari ka ailaan hai Allah aur uss ke rasool ki taref se 
    unn mushrikon ko jin se tum ne ahed kiya tha.

    9.2

     فَسِيحُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ

    وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى ٱللَّهِ ۙ

    وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْزِى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

    Faseehoo fil ardi arba'ata ashhurinw

    wa'lamooo annakum ghairu mu'jizil laahi

    wa annal laaha mukhzil kaafireen

     

    So travel freely for four months throughout the land,
    But know that you cannot escape from the Punishment of Allah,
    and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers.

    Pus chaar maheenay tum zameen mein chalo phiro
    Aur jaan lo kay tum Allah ko aajiz kerney walay nahi
    aur yeh kay Allah kafiron ko ruswa kerney wala hai.

    9.3

     وَأَذَٰنٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ
    إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَوْمَ ٱلْحَجِّ ٱلْأَكْبَرِ
    أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَرِىٓءٌ مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ۙ وَرَسُولُهُۥ ۚ
    فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۖ
    وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى ٱللَّهِ
    ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

    Wa azaanum minal laahi wa Rasoolihe 

    ilan naasi yawmal Hajjil Akbari

    annal laaha bareee'um minal mushrikeena wa Rasooluh;

    fa-in tubtum fahuwa khairullakum

    wa in tawallaitum fa'lamooo annakum ghairu mu'jizil laah;

    wa bashiril lazeena kafaroo biazaabin aleem

    And a declaration from Allah and His Prophet

    to mankind on the greatest the day of pilgrimage

    that Allah is free from all obligations to polytheists and so is his Prophet.

    So if you repent polytheists , it is better for you,

    But if you turn away then know that you can not escape Allah,

    And give tidings of a painful torment to those who disbelieve!

    Aur Ittilaa hai Allah aur uss ke rasool ki taraf se
    sab logon ko barhe hajj kay din
    ke Allah bezaar hai mushrikon se aur uss ka rasool
    Pus agar tum tauba kero to tumhara bhala hai
    aur agar tum ro gardaani kero to jaan lo ke tum Allah ko thaka nahi sakte.
    Aur kafiron ko khosh khabari dijiye derd naak azab ki 

    9.4

     إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ
    ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْـًٔا
    وَلَمْ يُظَٰهِرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدًا
    فَأَتِمُّوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَىٰ مُدَّتِهِمْ ۚ
    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

    Illal lazeena 'aahattum minal mushrikeena

    summa lam yanqusookum shai'anw

    wa lam yuzaahiroo 'alaikum ahadan

    fa atimmooo ilaihim 'ahdahum ilaa muddatihim;

    innal laaha yuhibbul muttaqeen

     

    Except those of the the polytheists with whom you have a treaty,
    then phirwho have not subsequently failed you in aught,
    nor they have supported anyone against you.
    So fulfill their treaty to them for the end of their term.
    Surely Allah loves the pious.

    mager wo mushrik jin say tumhara moaaheda tha
    phir unhon ne tumhare ahed me zara kami na ki
    Aur na kissi ki tumhare khilaf maded ki
    to tum unn ki muddat tak unn ka ahed poora kero
    Be shak Allah perhezgaron ko dost rakhta hai.

    9.5

     فَإِذَا ٱنسَلَخَ ٱلْأَشْهُرُ ٱلْحُرُمُ
    فَٱقْتُلُوا۟ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ
    وَخُذُوهُمْ وَٱحْصُرُوهُمْ
    وَٱقْعُدُوا۟ لَهُمْ كُلَّ مَرْصَدٍ ۚ
    فَإِن تَابُوا۟ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
    وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَخَلُّوا۟ سَبِيلَهُمْ ۚ
    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Fa izansalakhal Ashhurul Hurumu

    faqtulul mushrikeena haisu wajattumoohum

    wa khuzoohum wahsuroohum

    wa qaq'udoo lahum kulla marsad;

    fa-in taaboo wa aqaamus Salaata

    wa aatawuz Zakaata fakhalloo sabeelahum;

    innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem

     

    Then when the Sacred Months have passed,
    then kill the polytheists wherever you find them,
    and capture them and besiege them,
    and prepare for them each and every ambush.
    But if they repent and offer perfectly prayers,
    and give zakat, then leave their way free.
    Verily, Allah is All Forgiving One,the Most Merciful.

    Phir jab hurmat wale maheene nikel jaaen
    to mushrikon ko maaro jahan pao 
    aur unhen pakrho aur unhen giraftaar karo
    aur unn ki taak me her jaga beitho
    haan agar woh tauba keren aur namaz ke paband hojaen
    aur zakat ada keren to tum unn ki raah chorh do.
    Yaqeenan Allah bakhshne wala meharban hai.

    9.6

     وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ
    ٱسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ
    حَتَّىٰ يَسْمَعَ كَلَٰمَ ٱللَّهِ
    ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُ ۚ
    ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ

    Wa in ahadum minal mushrikeen

    as tajaaraka fa ajirhu

    hattaa yasma'a Kalaamal laahi

    summa ablighhu maa manah;

    zaalika bi annahum qawmul laa ya'lamoon 

     

    And if anyone of the polytheists
    seeks your protection then grant him protection,
    so that he may hear the Word of Allah,
    then escort him to where he can be secure,
    that is because they are people do not they know.
     

    Aur Agar mushrikon se koi
    aap se pnaah mange to usse pnaah do 
    ke woh kalam Allah sone 
    phir usse us ki amen ki jgaah pahoncha do.
    Yeh iss liye ke yeh log na daan hain.

    9.7

     كَيْفَ يَكُونُ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ عَهْدٌ
    عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعِندَ رَسُولِهِۦٓ
    إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّمْ
    عِندَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۖ
    فَمَا ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟ لَكُمْ
    فَٱسْتَقِيمُوا۟ لَهُمْ ۚ
    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

    Kaifa yakoonu lilmush rikeena 'ahdun

    'indal laahi wa 'inda Rasoolihee

    illal lazeena 'aahattum

    'indal Masjidil Haraami

    famas taqaamoo lakum

    fastaqeemoo lahum;

    innallaaha yuhibbul muttaqeen

     

    How can there be a covenant for the polytheists?
    with Allah and with His Prophet .
    except those with whom you made a covenant
    near the sacred mosque.
    So long, as they are true
    to you, stand you true to them.
    Verily, Allah loves the pious.

    kaise hoga Mushrikon ke liye ehad
    Allah aur uss ke rasool kay paas 
    mager woh jin say tum ney ehad kiya 
    masjid-e-haram ke pass
    So jab tak woh tumhare liay ahed per qaim rahen 
    tum unn kay liay qaim raho 
    Be shak Allah muttaqiyon se mohabbat kerta hai.

    9.8

    كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ
    لَا يَرْقُبُوا۟ فِيكُمْ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ
    يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ
    وَتَأْبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمْ
    وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ

    Kaifa wa iny-yazharoo 'alaikum

    laa yarquboo feekum illanw wa laa zimmah;

    yurdoo nakum biafwaahihim

    wa taabaa quloobuhum

    wa aksaruhum faasiqoon

    ​

    How that when are overpowered by them,
    They regard not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant with you.
    They please you with their mouths,
    but their hearts are averse to you,
    and most of them are disobedient.

    Unn ke wadon ka kiya aitbaar unn ka agar tum per ghalba hojaye
    to na yeh qarabat daari ka khayal keren na ehad ka
    apni zabanon se to tumhen razi karty hain
    lekin unn ke dil nahi mante inn me se akser to fasiq hain.

    9.9

    ٱشْتَرَوْا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا

    فَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦٓ ۚ

    إِنَّهُمْ سَآءَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ

    Ishtaraw bi  Aayaatil laahi samanan qaleelan

    fasaddoo 'an sabeelih;

    innahum saaa'a maa kaanoo ya'maloon

     They have purchased with the signs auyaats of Allah a little gain,
    and they hindered men from His Way;
    evil indeed is that which they used to do.

    Allah ki aayaton ko bahot kem qeematon me mol liay 
    aur uss ki raah se roka.
    Be shak woh Bahot hi bure kam kerte hain.

    9.10

     لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً

    ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ

    Laa yarquboona fee mu'minin illanw wa laa zimmah

    wa ulaaa 'ika humulmu 'tadoon

    With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant!
    And It is they who are the transgressors.

    kissi musalman me na rishte ka lehaz rakhen aur na ahed ka
    Aur yehi serkash hain.

    9.11

     فَإِن تَابُوا۟ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ 
    فَإِخْوَٰنُكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۗ
    وَنُفَصِّلُ ٱلْءَايَٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

    Fa in taaboo wa aqaamus Salaatawa aatawuz Zakaata

    fa ikhwaanukum fid deen;

    wa nufassilul Aayaati liqawminy ya'lamoon

    But if they repent, and offer perfectly prayers and give Zakat,

    then they are your brothers in religion.

    And we explain the Auyaats in detail for a people who know.

    phir ager woh tauba keren aur namaz qayem karen aur zakat den 
    to woh tumhare deeni bhai hain.
    Aur hum aayaten khol khol ker bayan kerte hain jaanne walon ke liye 

    9.12

     وَإِن نَّكَثُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ

    وَطَعَنُوا۟ فِى دِينِكُمْ

    فَقَٰتِلُوٓا۟ أَئِمَّةَ ٱلْكُفْرِ

    ۙ إِنَّهُمْ لَآ أَيْمَٰنَ لَهُمْ

    لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ

    Wa in nakasooo aimaanahum mim ba'di 'ahdihim

    wa ta'anoo fee deenikum

    faqaatilooo a'immatal kufri

    innahum laaa aimaana lahum

    la'allahum yantahoon

    But if they violate their oaths after their covenant,
    and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism
    then kill you the leaders of disbelief
    for surely their oaths are nothing to them
    so that they may stop.
     

    aur Agar woh ahed ker ke torhen apni qasmen 
    aur tumhare deen me taana zani keren
    to tum kufr ke serghanon se larho.
    Be shak Unn ki qasmen koch nahi
    iss ummeed per ke woh baaz aayen.

    9.13

    أَلَا تُقَٰتِلُونَ قَوْمًا نَّكَثُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُمْ

    وَهَمُّوا۟ بِإِخْرَاجِ ٱلرَّسُولِ

    وَهُم بَدَءُوكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۚ

    أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ ۚ

    فَٱللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَوْهُ

    إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

    Alaa tuqaatiloona qawman nakasooo aimaanahum

    wa hammoo bi ikhraajir Rasooli

    wa hum bada'ookum awwala marrah;

    atakhshawnahum;

    fallaahu ahaqqu an takhshawhu

    in kuntum mu'mineen

     

     Will not you waring a people who have violated their oaths?
    and intended to expel the Prophet Rasool,
    while they did attack you first.time
    Do you fear them?
    Allah has more right that you should fear Him,
    if you are believers.
     

    kiya us qaum se na larhoge jinhon ne apni qasamen torheen 
    aur payghumbar ke nikalne ka irada kiya
    halanke unhon ne tum se pahel ki.
    Kiya tum inn se darte ho?
    Allah hi ziyada mustahiq hai ke uss se daro 
    ager tum emaan wale ho.

    9.14

     قَٰتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ

    وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ

    وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ

    Qaatiloohum yu'az zibhumul laahu bi aideekum

    wa yukhzihim wa yansurkum 'alaihim

    wa yashfi sudoora qawmim mu 'mineen

     

     war against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands
    and disgrace them and give you victory over them
    and heal the breasts of a believing people.
     

    To inn se jang kero Allah enhen tumhare hathon azaab de ga
    Aur enhen ruswa kere ga aur tumhen inn per madad de ga
    aur imaan walon ka kaleja thanda kere ga.

    9.15

     وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ

    وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Wa yuzhib ghaiza quloobihim;

    wa yatoobullaahu 'alaa mai yashaaa';

    wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

     

    And removes the anger of their hearts.
    And Allah accepts the repentance on whom He wills.
    And Allah is The Omniscient The Ultimatly Wise One.
     

    Aur unn ke dilon ki ghoten door keray ga
    aur Allah jiss ki chahe tawba qabool farmae.
    Aur Allah ilm wa hikmat wala hai.

    9.16

     أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تُتْرَكُوا۟

    وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ جَٰهَدُوا۟ مِنكُمْ

    وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا رَسُولِهِۦ

    وَلَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلِيجَةً ۚ

    وَٱللَّهُ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ

    Am hasibtum an turakoo

    wa lammaa ya'lamil laahul lazeena jaahadoo minkum

    wa lam yattakhizoo min doonil laahi wa laa Rasoolihee

    wa lalmu'mineena waleejah;

    wallaahu khabeerum bimaa ta'maloon 

    Or you think that you shall be left alone?
    while Allah has not yet tested those among you who have striven hard and warred.
    And have not taken besides Allah and his Prophet
    and the believers helpers
    and Allah is The all Aware with what you do.

    Kiya tum ye samajhte ho ke tum chor diey jao ge
    aur abhi Allah ne pahchan na karai un ki jo tum se jihad karen ge
    aur siway Allah aur uss kay rasool 
    aur mominon ke kissi ko razdar na banaen ge 
    Allah khabar daar hai jo tum ker rahe ho.

    9.17

    مَا كَانَ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ

    أَن يَعْمُرُوا۟ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ

    شَٰهِدِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِم بِٱلْكُفْرِ ۚ

    أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ

    وَفِى ٱلنَّارِ هُمْ خَٰلِدُونَ

    maa kaana lilmushrikeena

    ai ya'muroo masaajidal laahi

    shaahideena 'alaaa anfusihim bilkufr;

    ulaaa'ika habitat a'maaluhum 

    wa fin naari hum khaalidoon

     

     It is not for the polytheists,

    to maintain the Mosques of Allah

    while they witness against their ownselves of disbelief.

    Their works of such are

    in the Fire they shall abide.

    Mushrikon ko nahi pahonchta 
    ke Allah ki masjiden abad keren.
    khud apne kufr ki gawahi de ker
    Inn ke aamaal gharat hain
    aur woh hamesha jahannum me rahen ge.

    9.18

    إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ

    مَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ

    وَأَقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَى ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ

    وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ ۖ

    فَعَسَىٰٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَن يَكُونُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ

    Innamaa ya'muru masaa jidal laahi

    man aamana billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri

    wa aqaamas Salaata wa aataz Zakaata

    wa lam yakkhsa illal laaha

    fa'asaaa ulaaa'ika ai yakoonoo minal muhtadeen

     

    The Mosques of Allah shall be maintained only by

    those who believe in Allah and the Last Day

    and offer perfectly prayers and give Zakat 

    and none fear but Allah!

    expected they are to be of the people of true guidance.

     

    Allah ki Masjiden wohi abad keren
    jo Allah per aur qayamat ke din per eman rakhte hain
    Aur Namaz qaim kerte hain zakat dete hain
    Allah ke siwa kissi se nahi darte
    qareeb hai ke ye log hidayat walon se hon

    9.19

    أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ ٱلْحَآجِّ

    وَعِمَارَةَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ

    كَمَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ

    وَجَٰهَدَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ

    ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُۥنَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

    Aja'altum siqaayatal haaajji

    wa 'imaaratal masjidil haraami

    kamman aamana billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri

    wa jaahada fee sabeelil laah;

    laa yastawoona 'indal laah;

    wallaahu laa yahdil qawmaz zaalimeen

     

     Do you consider the providing of drinking water to the pilgrims
    and maintenance of the sacred mosque
    as equal to the worth? of those who believe in Allah and the Last Day,
    and strive hard and warred in the way of Allah.
    They are not equal with to Allah.
    And Allah not guides those people who are wrong-doers.
     

    to kiya tum ne barabar tahrali hajiyon ki sabeel 
    aur masjis-e-haram ki khidmat
    iss ke jo Allah per aur aakhirat ke din per eman laaey 
    aur Allah ki raah me jihad kiya
    wo Allah ke nazdik barabar nahi
    aur Allah zalimon ko hidayat nahi deta.

    9.20

     ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَهَاجَرُوا۟

    وَجَٰهَدُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ

    بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ

    أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ

    وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَآئِزُونَ

    Allazeena aamanoo wa haajaroo

    wa jaahadoo fee sabeelil laahi

    bi amwaalihim wa anufsihim

    a'zamu darajatan 'indal laah;

    wa ulaaa'ika humul faaa'izoon

     

    Those who believed and emigrated

    and strove hard and warred in Allah's way

    with their wealth and their lives,

    are far greater in degree with to Allah

    and they are the successful.

    woh jo eman laae aur hijret ki
    Allah ki raah me jihad kiya
    apne maal aur apni jaan se 
    woh Allah ke yahaan barhe martabe wale hain
    aur yehi log murad ko pahonche

    9.21

     يُبَشِّرُهُمْ رَبُّهُم

    بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ

    وَجَنَّٰتٍ لَّهُمْ فِيهَا نَعِيمٌ مُّقِيمٌ

    Yubashshiruhum Rabbuhum

    birahmatim minhu wa ridwaaninw

    wa Jannaatil lahum feehaa na'eemum muqeem

     

    Their Raub gives them glad tidings
    of a Mercy from Him, and pleasure
    and of Gardens  for them wherein are everlasting delights.

    Enhen unn ka rab khushkhabri deta hai
    apni rehmat ki aur raza mandi ki 
    aur jannaton ki jinn ke liye wahan dawami nemat hai.

    9.22

    خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا
    ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ

    Khaalideena feehaaa abadaa;

    innal laaha 'indahooo ajrun 'azeem

     

    They will dwell therein forever.
    Verily, Allah is with him a great reward.

    hamesha hamesh unme rehen ge
    Allah ke pass yaqeenan barha sawab hai.

    9.23

     يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

    لَا تَتَّخِذُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَكُمْ وَإِخْوَٰنَكُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ

    إِنِ ٱسْتَحَبُّوا۟ ٱلْكُفْرَ عَلَى ٱلْإِيمَٰنِ

    ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ

    فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ

    Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo

    laa tattakhizooo aabaaa 'akum wa ikhwaanakum awliyaaa'a

    inis tahabbul kufra 'alal eemaan;

    wa mai yatawal lahum minkum

    fa ulaaa'ika humuz zaalimoon

     

    O you who believe!
    Take not as your fathers and your brothers protectors
    if they prefer disbelief to Belief.
    And whoever of you does so, takes amicable them
    then such they are the wrong-doers.

    Aey eman walon!
    Apne baap aur apne bhaiyon ko dost na banao
    agar woh kufur ko eman se ziyada aziz rakhen.
    Tum mein se jo bhi inn se dosti karayga
    to wohi zalim hoga.

    9.24

    قُلْ إِن كَانَ ءَابَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ

    وَإِخْوَٰنُكُمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ

    وَأَمْوَٰلٌ ٱقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا

    وَتِجَٰرَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا

    وَمَسَٰكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَآ

    أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ

     وَجِهَادٍ فِى سَبِيلِهِۦ

    فَتَرَبَّصُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِىَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِۦ

    ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ

    Qul in kaana aabaaa'ukum wa abnaaa'ukum

    wa ikhwaanukum wa azwaajukum wa 'asheeratukum

    wa amwaaluniq taraftumoohaa

    wa tijaaratun takhshawna kasaadahaa

    wa masaakinu tardawnahaaa

    ahabba ilaikum minal laahi wa Rasoolihee

    wa Jihaadin fee Sabeelihee

    fatarabbasoo hattaa yaatiyallaahu bi amrih;

    wallaahu laa yahdil qawmal faasiqeen

    Say: If are your fathers, and your sons,
    and your brothers, and your wives, your kindred,
    and the wealth that you have gained,
    and the commerce in which you fear a decline,
    and the dwellings in which you delight
    Are dearer to you than Allah and His Prophet,
    and striving hard and waring in his way,
    then wait until Allah until brings about His Decision.
    And Allah not guides the people who are disobedient.
     

    keh den agar tumhare baap aur tumharay larhkay
    aur tumhare bhai aur tumhari biwiyan aur tumharay qabeele
    aur tumhari kamaye ke maal
    aur woh tijarat jiss ke nuqsaan se tum darte ho
    aur tumhare pasand ka makaan
    agar tumhen ziyada aziz ho Allah aur uss ke rasool se
    aur uss ki raah mein jihad se
    to tum intizar kero Allah apna azab ley aaye.
    Allah fasiqon ko hidayat nahi deta.

    9.25

     لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ

    فِى مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ ۙ

    وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ ۙ

    إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ

    فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْـًٔا

    وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ

    ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ

    Laqad nasarakumul laahu

    fee mawaatina kaseeratinw

    wa yawma Hunainin

    iz a'jabatkum kasratukum

    falam tughni 'ankum shai'anw

    wa daaqat 'alaikumul ardu bimaa rahubat

    summa wallaitum mudbireen

     

    Truly Allah has given you victory on

    in battle fields many,

    and on the Day of Hunain battle

    when you rejoiced at your great number

    not it availed you anything

    and the earth, vast as it is, was straitened for you,

    then you turned back in flight.

     

    Yaqeenan Allah ne tumhen fatah di 
    bahot se maidanon me
    aur hunain ke din
    jab tumhen apni kasrat per naaz tha
    laikin uss ne tumhen koi faeeda na diya
    bulke zameen bawajood apni kushadgi ke tum per tang hogaee
    phir tum peeth de ker phir gaye.

    9.26

     ثُمَّ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ

    عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ وَعَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

    وَأَنزَلَ جُنُودًا لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا

    وَعَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ۚ

    وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

    Summa anzalal laahu sakeenatahoo '

    alaa Rasoolihee wa 'alalmu 'mineena

    wa anzala junoodal lam tarawhaa

    wa azzabal lazeena kafaroo;

    wa zaalika jazaaa'ul kaafireen

     

    Then Allah did send down his peace

    on his Prophet , and on the believers,

    and sent down forces angels not which you saw,

    and punished those disbelievers.

    and such is the recompense of disbelievers.

    Phir Allah ne apni  taskeen utaari 
    apne nabi per aur mominon per
    aur apne woh lashker bheje jinhen tum nahi dekh rahe the
    aur kafiron ko saza di.
    aur monkiron ki yehi saza hai.

    9.27

     ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ

    عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ

    ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Summa yatoobul laahu mim ba'di zaalika

    'alaa mai yashaaa';

    wallaahu Ghafoorur Raheem

    Then Allah will accept the repentance after that of
    on whom He wills.
    And Allah is All Forgiving One The Most Merciful

    Phir iss ke baad Allah tawba dayga
    jise chahe ga 
    Allah bakhshne wala maherban hai.

    9.28

     يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟
    إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ
    فَلَا يَقْرَبُوا۟ ٱلْمَسْجِدَ ٱلْحَرَامَ
    بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَٰذَا ۚ
    وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً
    فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ ٱللَّهُ
    مِن فَضْلِهِۦٓ إِن شَآءَ
    ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanooo

    innamal mushrikoona najasun

    falaa yaqrabul Masjidal Haraama

    ba'da 'aamihim haaza;

    wa in khiftum 'ailatan

    fasawfa yughnee kumul laahu

    min fadliheee in shaaa';

    innallaaha 'Aleemun hakeem

     

    O you who believe!
    Verily, the polytheists are impure.
    So let they not come near the sacred mosque
    after this year,
    and if you fear poverty,
    Allah will enrich you out
    of His Bounty if he wills.
    Surely, Allah is The Omniscient The Ultimatly Wise One.

    Aey eman walo!
    Be-shak mushrik bilkul hi na pak hain
    woh  masjid-e-haram ke pass na aayen 
    iss saal kay baad
    aur agar tumhen muflisi ka khof hai
    to Allah tumhen dolat mand ker dey ga
    apne fazal se agar chahe
    Be shak Allah ilm-o-hikmat wala hai.

    9.29

    قَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ
    وَلَا بِٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ
    وَلَا يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
    وَلَا يَدِينُونَ دِينَ ٱلْحَقِّ
    مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ
    حَتَّىٰ يُعْطُوا۟ ٱلْجِزْيَةَ عَن يَدٍ
    وَهُمْ صَٰغِرُونَ

    Qaatilul lazeena laa yu'minoona billaahi

    wa laa bil yawmil Aakhiri

    wa laa yuharrimoona maa harramal laahu wa Rasooluhoo

    wa laa yadeenoona deenal haqqi

    minal lazeena ootul Kitaaba

    hattaa yu'tul jizyata ai yadinw

    wa hum saaghiroon 

     

    You war against those who not believe in Allah

    nor in the Last Day,

    nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and his Prophet

    nor acknowldge the religion of truth Islam,

    among the people who were given the scripture

    Until they pay the security willingly

    and feel themeselves subdued.

     

    Unn logon se larho jo Allah per emaan nahi late
    aur qiyamat ke din per 
    aur Allah aur uss ke rasool ki haram kerda cheezon ko haram nahi jante
    na deen-e-haq ko qabool kerte
    unn logon me se jinhen kitab di gaee hai
    jabtak apne hath se jizya na ada keren 
    zaleel hoker 

    9.30

    وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّهِ
    وَقَالَتِ ٱلنَّصَٰرَى ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّهِ
    ۖ ذَٰلِكَ قَوْلُهُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ ۖ
    يُضَٰهِـُٔونَ قَوْلَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ
    قَٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۚ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ

    wa qaalatil yahoodu 'Uzairunib nul laahi

    wa qaalatin Nasaaral Maseehub nul laahi

    zaalika qawluhum bi afwaahihim

    yudaahi'oona qawlal lazeena kafaroo min qabl;

    qatalahumul laah; annaa yu'fakoon

     

     and the jews say Ezra is the son of Allah
    and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allah.
    That is their saying with their mouths.
    They imitate the saying of those who disbelieved aforetime of old. 
    Allah's Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth?

    Yahood kehte hain ke uzair Allah ka beta hai
    aur nasrani kehte hain ke maseeh Allah ka beta hai
    yeh qol sirf unn ke munh ki baat hai.
    Agle munkiron ki si baat bnate hain
    Allah enehn ghaarat kare woh kaise awndhe jate hain.

    9.31

     ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَٰنَهُمْ
    أَرْبَابًا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ
    وَٱلْمَسِيحَ ٱبْنَ مَرْيَمَ
    وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓا۟ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَٰهًا وَٰحِدًا ۖ
    لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ
    سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

    ittakhazooo ahbaarahum wa ruhbaanahum

    arbaabam min doonil laahi

    wal Maseehab na Maryama

    wa maaa umirooo illaa liya'budooo Ilaahanw Waa hidan

    laaa ilaaha illaa Hoo

    Subhaanahoo 'ammaa yushrikoon

     

    The Jews and christians took their rabbis, and their monks
    to be their Raubs besides Allah.
    and they also took as their Raub Messiah, son of Mary,
    and not they were commanded but to worship ilaaha one  Allah . 
    There is no God but Allah.
    Praise and glory be to Him, from having the partners they associate with Him.

    Inhon ne bana liya apne aalimon aur darwishon ko
    rab Allah ke siwa 
    aur marium ke bete maseeh ko
    aur unhen hukum na tha mager aik akele Allah ki ibadat ka 
    jiss ke siwa koi mabood nahi
    woh paak hai unn ke shareek kerne se.

    9.32

    يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ

    وَيَأْبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ

    وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ

    Yureedoona ai yutfi'oo nooral laahi bi'afwaahihim

    wa yaaballaahu illaaa ai yutimma noorahoo

    wa law karihal kaafiroon

    They want to extinguish Allah's Light with their mouths.
    but Allah will not refuses except that His Light should be perfected
    even though hate it disbelievers.

    Woh chahatay hain ke Allah ke noor ko apne munh se bujha den
    aur Allah inkari hai magar isi baat ka kay apna noor poora keray
    ager che kafir na khush hon.

    9.33

     هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ
    بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلْحَقِّ
    لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ
    وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ

    huwal lazeee ar sala Rasoolahoo

    bilhudaa wa deenil haqqi

    liyuzhirahoo 'alad deeni kullihee

    wa law karihal mushrikoon

     

     It is He Who has sent His Prophet
    with guidance and the religion of truth Islam,
    to make it superior over all religions
    even though hate it the polytheists.

    Ussi ne apney rasool ko bheja
    hidayat aur sachay deen ke sath
    ke isse tamam dosre mazhabon per ghalib ker de
    agar che mushrik bura manen.

    9.34

    يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟
    إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ ٱلْأَحْبَارِ وَٱلرُّهْبَانِ
    لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَٰلَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ
    وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ
    ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ ٱلذَّهَبَ وَٱلْفِضَّةَ
    وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ
    فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

    Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanooo

    inna kaseeramminal ahbaari warruhbaani

    la yaakuloona amwaalan naasi bil baatili

    wa yasuddoona 'an sabeelil laah;

    wallazeena yaknizoonaz zahaba wal fiddata

    wa laayunfiqoonahaa fee sabeelil laahi

    fabashshirhum bi'azaabin aleem

     

     O you who believe!

    Verily, there are many of the Jewish rabbis and the Christian monks

    who devour the wealth of mankind in falsehood,

    and hinder them from the Way of Allah.

    And those who hoard up gold and silver,

    and spend do not them in the Way of Allah,

    announce unto them a painful torment!

     

    Aey eman walo!
    Aksar ulama aur abid
     logon  ka maal na haq kha jate hain
    aur Allah ki raah se rok dete hain
    aur jo log sone chandi ka khazana rakhte hain
    aur Allah ki raah me kharach nahi kerte
    unhen dard naak azab ki khaber pahoncha den.

    9.35

    يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ
    فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ
    وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ ۖ
    هَٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ
    فَذُوقُوا۟ مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ

    Yawma yuhmaa 'alaihaa fee naari jahannama

    fatukwaa bihaa jibaahuhum 

    wa jonoobohum wa zohoorohum

    haazaa maa kanaztum li anfusikum

    fazooqoo maa kuntum taknizoon

     

     On the Day when that Al-Kanz: will be heated on it in the Fire of Hell
    and with it will be branded their foreheads,
    and their flanks, and their backs,
    This: “is the treasure which you hoarded for you rselves”.
    “Now taste of what you used to hoard.”
     

    Jiss din iss khazane ko aatish-e-dozakh me tapaya jaye ga
    phir iss se unn ki payshaniyan
    aur pehlo aur peethen daaghi jayengi 
    yeh hai woh jo tum ne apne liye jorh rakha tha.
    Pus apne khazanon ka maza chakho.

    9.36

    إِنَّ عِدَّةَ ٱلشُّهُورِ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ

    ٱثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِى كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ

    يَوْمَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ

    مِنْهَآ أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ۚ

    ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ ۚ

    فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا۟ فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ ۚ

    وَقَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ كَآفَّةً

    كَمَا يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ كَآفَّةً ۚ

    وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

    Inna 'iddatash shuhoori 'indal laah

    isnaa 'ashara shahran fee Kitaabil laahi

    yawma khalaqas samaawaati wal arda

    minhaaa arba'atun hurum;

    zaalikad deenul qaiyim;

    falaa tazlimoo feehinna anfusakum;

    wa qaatilul mushrikeena kaaaf fattan

    kamaa yuqaati loonakum kaaaffah;

    wa'lamooo annal laaha ma'al muttaqeen

     

    Verily, the number of months with Allah
    is twelve months in the scripture of Allah.
    On the day when, he created the heavens and the earth
    of them four are sacred.
    That is the right religion,
    so not wrong therein yourselves,
    and you war against the polytheists, collectively ,
    as they warred against you collectively.
    But know that Allah is with those who are pious.
     

    be shak Maheenon ki ginti Allah ke nazdeek
    kitab e Allahi me baara maheene hain
    jab se us ne aasman-o-zamin peyda kiye
    inn me se chaar hurmat wale hain.
    Yehi durust deen hai
    tu tum inn maheenon me apni jan per zulm na kero
    aur  mushrikon se her waqet larho
    jaisa ke woh her waqt tum se larhte hain
    aur jaan lo ke Allah muttaqiyon ke sath hai.

    9.37

     إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّسِىٓءُ زِيَادَةٌ فِى ٱلْكُفْرِ ۖ
    يُضَلُّ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟
    يُحِلُّونَهُ عَامًا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُ عَامًا
    لِّيُوَاطِـُٔوا۟ عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ
    فَيُحِلُّوا۟ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ
    زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ أَعْمَٰلِهِمْ ۗ
    وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

    Innamma naseee'u ziyaadatun filkufri

    yudallu bihillazeena kafaroo

    yuhil loonahoo 'aamanw wa yuhar rimoonahoo 'aaman

    liyu watti'oo 'iddata maa harramal laah;

    fayohillu maa harramal laahu 

    zuyyina lahum sooo'u a'maalihim;

    wallaahu laa yahdil qawmal kaafireen

    Indeed the postponing is of the seeing moon an addition ot disbelive
    there by the disbelievers are led astray
    for they make it lawful, one year and forbid it another year.
    In order to adjust the number which has forbidden by Allah,
    and make such forbidden ones lawful by Allah.
    The evil of their deeds is made pleasing to them
    and Allah not guides the people who disbelieve.
     

    Meheenon ka aage peeche hatana nahi mager kufr ki ziyadti 
    iss se wo log gumrahi me dale jate hain jo kafir hain.
    Aik saal to isse halal tahrate hain aur dosre saal issi ko haram mante hain
    ke is gintee ke baraber hojaen Allah ne jo haram farmai
    phir usse halal bana len jise Allah ne haram kiya hai
    enhen inn ke bure kaam bhale dikha diye gaye hain
    aur Allah kafiron ko rah nahi deta.

    9.38

     يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَا لَكُمْ
    إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱنفِرُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ
    ٱثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ
    ۚ أَرَضِيتُم بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا مِنَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ
    فَمَا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ

    Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo maa lakum

    izaa qeela lakumun firoo fee sabeelil laah

    issaaqaltum ilal ard; 

    Aradeetum bilhayaatid dunyaa minal Aakhirah;

    famaa ma taaul hayaatiddunyaa fil Aakhirati illaa qaleel

    O you who believe! What is the matter with you that
    when it is asked to you to march forth in the way of Allah
    you cling heavily to the earth,
    are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the hereafter ?
    but little is the enjoment of the life of this world as compared in the hereafter,

    Aey emaan walon tumhen kiya hogaya 
    ke jab tum se kaha jata hai ke chalo Allah ke raaste me
    to tum zameen se lage jate ho.
    Kiya tum aakhirat ke ewaz duniya ki zindagani per hi razee ho gai hon.
    Suno! Duniya ki zindagi to aakhirat ke muqabile me thorhi si hai.

    9.39

     إِلَّا تَنفِرُوا۟ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا
    وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ
    وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْـًٔا ۗ
    وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

    Illaa tanfiroo yu'az zibkum 'azaaban aleemanw

    wa yastabdil qawman ghairakum

    wa laa tadurroohu shai'aa;

    wal laahu 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer

    if you not waring march forth a painful torment will punish you
    and will replace you by another people
    and you can not harm him at all
    and Allah is able over all things.
     

    Agar tum kooch  na  karoge to tumhen Allah dard naak saza de ga
    aur tumhare siwa aur logon ko badal laye ga
    aur tum Allah ko koi nukhsan nahi phoncha sakte
    aur Allah her cheez per qadir hai.

    9.40

     إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ ٱللَّهُ
    إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟  ثَانِىَ  ٱثْنَيْنِ
    إِذْ هُمَا فِى ٱلْغَارِ
    إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَٰحِبِهِۦ
    لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَنَا ۖ
    فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَيْهِ
    وَأَيَّدَهُۥ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا
    وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱلسُّفْلَىٰ ۗ
    وَكَلِمَةُ ٱللَّهِ هِىَ ٱلْعُلْيَا ۗ
    وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Illaa tansuroohu faqad nasarahul laahu

    iz akhrajahul lazeena kafaroo saaniyasnaini

    iz humaa fil ghaari

    iz yaqoolu lisaahibihee

    la tahzan innnal laaha ma'anaa

    fa anzalallaahu sakeenatahoo 'alaihi

    wa aiyadahoo bijunoodil lam tarawhaa

    wa ja'ala kalimatal lazeena kafarus suflaa;

    wa Kalimatul laahi hiyal 'ulyaa;

    wallaahu 'Azeezun Hakeem;

     

     if you not help him for indeed did help him Allah
    when drove out him those who disbelieve the second of two
    when they both were in the cave,
    when he said to his companion:
    not be sad surely allah is with us
    then sent down allah his peace upon him
    and strengthened him with forces not which you saw,
    and made the word of those who disbelieve the lowermost
    and while the word of Allah is the uppermost
    and Allah is The Most Great One The Ultimatly Wise One.
     

    Agar tum inn ki madad na kero to Allah ne inn ki madad ki 
    jab enhen kafiron ne nikal diya tha Do me se doosra
    jab woh dono ghaar me the
    jab yeh apne sathi se keh rahe the
    ghum na ker ke Allah humare sath hai
    pus Allah ne us per apni taskeen nazil farmai
    unn lashkaron se unn ki madad ki jinhen tum ne dekha hi nahi
    uss ne kafiron ki baat past ker di
    aur Allah ka kalma hi hai
    aur Allah ghalib hikmat wala hai.

    9.41

     ٱنفِرُوا۟ خِفَافًا وَثِقَالًا
    وَجَٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ
    ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

    Infiroo khifaafanw wa siqaalanw

    wa jaahidoo bi amwaalikum wa anfusikum fee sabeelil laah;

    zaalikum khairul lakum in kuntum ta'lamoon

     

    March forth whether, you are light or heavy,
    and you war with your wealth and your lives in the way of Allah.
    This is better for you, if you but knew.

    Tum Niklo hulkay chahe bhari dil se
    aur Allah ki raah me apne maal-o-jaan say jihad kero
    yehi tumhare liye behtar hai agar tum janty ho.

    9.42

    لَوْ كَانَ عَرَضًا قَرِيبًا وَسَفَرًا قَاصِدًا
    لَّٱتَّبَعُوكَ
    وَلَٰكِنۢ بَعُدَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلشُّقَّةُ ۚ
    وَسَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ
    لَوِ ٱسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ
    يُهْلِكُونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ
    وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

    Law kaana 'aradan qareebanw wa safaran qaasidal

    lattaba'ooka

    wa laakim ba'udat 'alaihimush shuqqah;

    wa sayahlifoona billaahi

    lawis tata'naa lakharajnaa ma'akum;

    yuhlikoona anfusahum

    wal laahu ya'lamu innahum lakaa ziboon

     

    Had it been a near gain and an easy journey
    they would have followed you.
    But the distance was long for them
    and they would swear by Allah
    “if we only could we would certainly have come forth with you”.
    They detroy their ownselves
    and Allah knows, that they are liars.
     

    Agar qareeb maal hota aur halka safar
    to zaroor aap ke peeche ho lete
    leikin door nazer aya unhen mashaqqat ka raasta
    Aur Abb ye Allah ki qasmen khayen ge
    ke agar hum se hota to  yaqeenan aap ke sath nikalte
    yeh apni janon ko khud halak kerte hain
    beshak inn ke jhoote hone ka ilm Allah ko hai.

    9.43

     عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَنكَ
    لِمَ أَذِنتَ لَهُمْ
    حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ ٱلَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا۟
    وَتَعْلَمَ ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ

    'Afal laahu 'anka

    lima azinta lahum

    hattaa yatabai yana lakal lazeena sadaqoo

    wa ta'lamal kaazibeen

     

     May Allah forgive you,
    why did you grant to them leave?
    So that becomes clear, to you those who told the truth
    and you had known the liars.
     

    Allah tujhay moaf kary tu ney enhen
    kiyon ijazat dey di?
    jab tak, kay Tum par sachay log khul jayen
    aur tum jhootay logon ko jaanlo.

    9.44

    لَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ

    ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ

    أَن يُجَٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

    Laa yastaazinukal

    lazeena yu'minoona billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri

    ai yujaa hidoo bi amwaalihim wa anfusihim;

    wallaahu 'aleemum bilmut taqeen

     

    would not ask your leave to be exempted,
    Those who believe in Allah and the last day
    from they warring with their wealth and their lives,
    and Allah is The Omniscient of those who are pious.
     

    Aur woh aap se ijazat na mangan ge 
    jo iman rakhte hain Allah aur qayamat ke din per 
    kay woh maali aur jaani jihad say rukay rahen
    aur Allah perhezgaron ko khoob janta hai.

    9.45

     إِنَّمَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ
    ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ
    وَٱرْتَابَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ
    فَهُمْ فِى رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ

    Innamaa yastaazinukal

    Alazeena laa yu'minoona billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri

    wartaabat quloobuhum

    fahum fee raibihim yataraddadoon

     It is only that ask your leave.
    Those who do not believe in Allah and the last day
    and in doubt their hearts.
    So they in their doubts they waver.

    tum se wohi chotti mangte hain
    jo Allah aur aakhirat ke din par emaan nahi rakhte
    jin ke dil shak me hain
    aur woh apne shak hi me da wan dol hain.

    9.46

     وَلَوْ أَرَادُوا۟ ٱلْخُرُوجَ
    لَأَعَدُّوا۟ لَهُۥ عُدَّةً
    وَلَٰكِن كَرِهَ ٱللَّهُ ٱنۢبِعَاثَهُمْ
    فَثَبَّطَهُمْ
    وَقِيلَ ٱقْعُدُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْقَٰعِدِينَ

    Wa law araadul khurooja

    la-'addoo lahoo 'uddatanw

    wa laakin karihal laahum bi'aasahum

    fasabbatahum

    wa qeelaq 'udoo ma'al qaa'ideen

     

    and if they had intended to march out,
    certainly they would have made for it some preparation.
    But Allah was averse to their being sent forth,
    so he made them lag behind
    and it was said: sit you among those who sit”.

    Agar enhen nikalna manzoor hota
    to iss ke liye saman kerte
    lekin Allah ko inn ka uthna pasand na tha
    iss liye enhen harkat se rok diya
    aur keh diya gaya ke tum baythne walon ke sath beithe raho.

    9.47

    لَوْ خَرَجُوا۟ فِيكُم
    مَّا زَادُوكُمْ إِلَّا خَبَالًا
    وَلَأَوْضَعُوا۟ خِلَٰلَكُمْ
    يَبْغُونَكُمُ ٱلْفِتْنَةَ
    وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّٰعُونَ لَهُمْ
    ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

    Law kharajoo feekum

    maa zaadookum ilaa Khabaalan

    wa la awda'oo khilaalakum

    yabghoona kumul fitnata

    wa feekum sammaa'oona lahum;

    wallaahu 'aleemum biz zaalimeen

     

    If they marched out with you nothing they would have added to you. Except disorder
    and they would have hurried about in your midst and sowing among you sedition
    and there are some among you who would have listened to them,
    and Allah is The Omniscient of those who are wrong-doers.
     

    Agar yeh tum me nikalte to tumhen siwaye nuqsan kay kuch na barhatay
    aur tumharay beech fitna dalney ko khoob ghorhay dorha tay 
    aur tum mein inn kay jasos mojood hain
    aur Allah inn zalimon ko khoob janta hai.

    9.48

    لَقَدِ ٱبْتَغَوُا۟ ٱلْفِتْنَةَ مِن قَبْلُ
    وَقَلَّبُوا۟ لَكَ ٱلْأُمُورَ
    حَتَّىٰ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ
    وَظَهَرَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ
    وَهُمْ كَٰرِهُونَ

    Laqadib taghawul fitnata min qablu

    wa qallaboo lakal umoora

    hattaa jaaa'al haqqu

    wa zahara amrul laahi

    wa hum kaarihoon

     

     Verily they had plotted sedition before
    and had upset for you matters.
    Until come the truth victory.
    The decree of Allah and become manifest.
    Though they hated it.
     

    be shak enhun ne pehle bhi fitna chaha tha
    aur tumhare liye tadbeeren ulat palat kertay rahe y
    ahan tak ke haq aagaya
    aur Allah ka hukum ghalib aagaya
    aur unhen nagawar tha.

    9.49

    وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ

    ٱئْذَن لِّى وَلَا تَفْتِنِّىٓ ۚ

    أَلَا فِى ٱلْفِتْنَةِ سَقَطُوا۟

    ۗ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌۢ بِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

    Wa minhum mai yaqoolu' zal lee wa laa taftinneee;

    alaa fil fitnati saqatoo;

    Wa inna Jahannama lamuheetatum bil kaafireen

    and among them is he who say: “ grant leave me and me not put into trial.”
    Surely! They have fallen into trail
    and verily hell is surrounding the disbelievers.
     

    Inn mein say koi to kehta hai mujhay ijazat den aur mujhay fitnay mein na dalen
    aagah raho woh to fitnay mein parh chukay hain
    aur yaqeenan dozakh kafiron ko ghyr leney wali hai

    9.50

     إِن تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ

    ۖ وَإِن تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌ

    يَقُولُوا۟ قَدْ أَخَذْنَآ أَمْرَنَا مِن قَبْلُ

    وَيَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُمْ فَرِحُونَ

    in tusibka hasanatun tasu'hum;

    wa in tusibka museebatuny

    yaqooloo qad akhaznaaa amranaa min qablu

    wa yatawallaw wa hum farihoon

     

     If good befalls you it grives them.
    but if a calamity overtakes you, they say
    “Indeed we took our precaution before
    and they turn away and they are rejoicing.
     

    agar Aap ko koi bhalaee pahonchay to unhen bura lagay 
    aur koi musibat pahonche 
    to kehte hain hum ne apna moamla pehle hi durust ker liya tha
    phir to barhe hi itrate huwe lotte hain.

    9.51

     قُل لَّن يُصِيبَنَآ إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَنَا
    هُوَ مَوْلَىٰنَا ۚ
    وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ

    Qul lany-yuseebanaaa illaa maa katabal laahu lanaa

    Huwa mawlaanaa;

    wa 'alal laahi falyatawak kalimu 'minoon

     

    Say: “Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us.”
    He is our Protector
    and let the believers put their trust in Allah.
     

    keh den hamin na phonche ga mager jo Allah ne humare haq me likh diya
    woh hamara kaar saaz aur mola hai.
    Mominon ko to Allah hi per bharosa hona chahiye.

    9.52

    قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَآ
    إِلَّآ إِحْدَى ٱلْحُسْنَيَيْنِ
    ۖ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ
    أَن يُصِيبَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِعَذَابٍ
    مِّنْ عِندِهِۦٓ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا ۖ
    فَتَرَبَّصُوٓا۟
    إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّتَرَبِّصُونَ

    Qul hal tarabbasoona binaaa

    illaaa ihdal husnayayni

    wa nahnu natrabbasu bikum

    ai yus eebakumul laahu bi'azaa

    bim min 'indiheee aw biaidee naa

    fatarabbasooo

    innaa ma'akum mutarabbisoon

     

    Say: “ Do you wait for us anything
    except one of the two best things.”
    And we await for you
    either that Allah will afflict you with a panishment
    from himself or at our hands.
    So wait,
    we too are waiting with you.
     

    Keh den tum ham per kiss cheez ka intizar ker te ho
    mager do bhlaeeyon me se aik ka 
    aur hum tum per iss ke intizar me hain 
    ke Allah koi saza tumhen de 
    apne pass se yaa humare hathon se
    pus aik taraf tum muntazir raho
    doosri janib tumhare sath hum bhi muntazir hain.

    9.53

     قُلْ أَنفِقُوا۟ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا

    لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ ۖ

    إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَٰسِقِينَ

    Qul anfiqoo taw'an aw karhal

    lany yutaqabbala min kum

    innakum kuntum qawman faasiqeen

     

     Say: “spend willingly or unwillingly it
    will not be accepted from you.
    Verily you were a people who are disobedient.
     

    Keh den tum khushi ya na khushi jaisay bhi kharach kero 
    tum say hergiz qabool na kiya jayega 
    yaqeenan tum fasiq log ho.

    9.54

     وَمَا مَنَعَهُمْ أَن تُقْبَلَ مِنْهُمْ نَفَقَٰتُهُمْ
    إِلَّآ أَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَبِرَسُولِهِۦ
    وَلَا يَأْتُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ كُسَالَىٰ
    وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ كَٰرِهُونَ

    Wa maa mana'ahum an tuqbala minhum nafaqaatuhum

    illaaa annnahum kafaroo billaahi wa bi Rasoolihee

    wa laa yaatoonas Salaata illaa wa hum kusaalaa 

    wa laa yunfiqoona illaa wa hum kaarihoon

     

    And nothing prevents their contributions from being accepted from them;
    except that they disbelieved in Allah and in his prophet
    and that not they come to prayer except they in a lazy estate
    and that not they offer conributions but they are unwilling.
     

    Aur woh jo kharach kerte hain unn se us ka qabool kerna band na howa
    mager issi liay kay woh Allah aur uss kay rasool say munkir howe
    aur namaz ko nahi aate mager barhi kaahili se
    aur kharach nahi kertay mager nagawari se 

    9.55

     فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ

    أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَٰدُهُمْ ۚ

    إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ

    لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا

    فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا

    وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ

    وَهُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ

    Falaa tu'jibka

    amwaaluhum wa laaa awlaaduhum;

    innamaa yureedul laahu

    liyu'az zibahum bihaa

    fil hayaatid dunyaa

    wa tazhaqa anfusuhum

    wa hum kaafiroon

     

    So let not amaze you
    their wealth or their children  
    in reality Allah's Plan
    to punish them with these things
    in the life of the this world,
    and that their souls shall depart die
    while they are disbelievers.
     

    to tumhen tajjub na aaey 
    inn ka maal-o-aulad ka 
    Allah yahi chahat hai
    ke iss se enhen  wabaal dale  
    duniya ki zindagi me
    aur inn ki jan nikal jaae.
    kufr ki halat me 

    9.56

     وَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ

    إِنَّهُمْ لَمِنكُمْ

     وَمَا هُم مِّنكُمْ

    وَلَٰكِنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ يَفْرَقُونَ

    Wa yahlifoona billaahi

    innnahum laminkum

    wa maa hum minkum

    wa laakinnahum qawmuny yafraqoon

     

     And they swear by Allah
    that they are truly of you
    while they are not of you,
    but they are people who are afraid.
     

    Yeh Allah ki qasam khate hain
    ke woh tum me se hain 
    aur woh tum ma se nahi
    baat sirf itni hai ke yeh darpok log hain.

    9.57

    لَوْ يَجِدُونَ مَلْجَـًٔا

    أَوْ مَغَٰرَٰتٍ أَوْ مُدَّخَلًا

    لَّوَلَّوْا۟ إِلَيْهِ وَهُمْ يَجْمَحُونَ

    Law yajidoona malja'an

    aw maghaaraatin aw mudda khalal

    lawallaw ilaihi wa hum yajmahoon

    Should they find a refuge,
    or caves, or a place of concealment,
    they would turn straightway there to with a swift rush.

    Agar payen koi jagah 
    ya ghaar ya sama jane ki jagah
    to abhi uss taraf lagam tor ker ulte bhaag jayen ge.

    9.58

    وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَلْمِزُكَ فِى ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ

     فَإِنْ أُعْطُوا۟ مِنْهَا رَضُوا۟

    وَإِن لَّمْ يُعْطَوْا۟ مِنْهَآ

    إِذَا هُمْ يَسْخَطُونَ

    Wa minhum mai yalmizuka fis sadaqaati

    fa-in u'too minhaa radoo

    wa illam yu'taw minhaaa

    izaa hum yaskhatoon

     

     And of them are some who accuse you O Muhammad in the matter of the alms.
    If they are given part there of, they are pleased,
    but if they not are given there of, behold!
    They are enraged!

    Inn mein woh hain jo sadqe bantne mee tum per taan rakhte hain
    to agar enhen iss me se mill jaye to khush hain
    aur agar iss me se na mila
    to foran woh naraz ho jain.

    9.59

    وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ رَضُوا۟
    مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
    وَقَالُوا۟ حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ
    سَيُؤْتِينَا ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَرَسُولُهُ
    إِنَّآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ رَٰغِبُونَ

    Wa law annahum radoo

    maaa aataahumul laahu wa Rasooluhoo

    wa qaaloo hasbunal laahu

    sayu'teenallaahu min fadlihee wa Rasooluhooo

    innaaa ilallaahi raaghiboon

    Would that they were contented
    with what Allah gave them Allah and his Prophet ,
    and had said: "Allah is Sufficient for us. Allah
    will give us of His Bounty, and also his Prophet .
    We implore to Allah. Only aims, charities zakat;
     

    Aur kiya acha hota Agar woh razi hote 
    uss per jo Allah aur uss ke rasool ne diya
    aur kehte hain Allah hamen kafi hai
    to anqareeb Allah hamen apne fazal se deta aur uss ka rasool bhi
    Be shak humen Allah hi ki taraf raghbat hai.

    9.60

    إِنَّمَا ٱلصَّدَقَٰتُ لِلْفُقَرَآءِ
    وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱلْعَٰمِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا
    وَٱلْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ
    وَفِى ٱلرِّقَابِ وَٱلْغَٰرِمِينَ
    وَفِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱبْنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ ۖ
    فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ
    ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Innamas sadaqaatu lilfuqaraaa'i

    walmasaakeeni wal 'aamileena 'alaihaa

    wal mu'al lafati quloobuhum

    wa fir riqaabi walghaarimeena

    wa fee sabeelil laahi wabnis sabeeli

    fareedatam minal laah;

    wal laahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

     

    Only alms charities are for the poor who beg.
    And the poor who do not beg. And those empyed to collect them the funds,
    and for attracting those who have been inclined torwards Islam their hearts,
    to free the captives, and for those in debt,
    and for in way Allah’s and for the wayfarer.
    A duty from imposed by Allah
    and Allah is The Omniscient The Ultimately Wise One.

    Sadqay sirf faqeeron ke liye hain
    aur miskeenon ke liye aur inn ke wasool kerne walon ke liye
    aur unn ke liye jin ke dilon ko islam se olfat di jay 
    aur gardan churhane me aur qarz daron ke liye
    aur Allah ki raah me aur raah ro musafiron kay liye
    farz hai Allah ki taraf se
    aur Allah ilm-o-hikmat wala hai.

    9.61

    وَمِنْهُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلنَّبِىَّ
    وَيَقُولُونَ هُوَ أُذُنٌ ۚ
    قُلْ أُذُنُ خَيْرٍ لَّكُمْ
    يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ
    وَيُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
    وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمْ ۚ
    وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ
    لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

    Wa minhumul lazeena yu'zoonan nabiyya

    wa yaqooloona huwa uzun;

    qul uzunu khairil lakum

    yu'minu billaahi

    wa yu'minu lilmu mi neena

    wa rahmatul  lillazeena aamanoo minkum;

    wallazeena yu'zoona Rasoolal laahi

    lahum 'azaabun aleem

     

    And among them are those who hurt the Prophet
    and say: “He is lending his ear to every news.
    Say: He listens what is best for you.
    He believes in Allah
    and has faith In the believers
    and is mercy to those who believe of you
    and those who hurt the Prophet of Allah
    for them a painful torment.
     

    Inn me se woh bhi hain jo nabi ko eeza dete hain
    aur kehte hain ke woh to kaan hain
    kah den ke woh kaan tumhare bhale ke liye hai
    woh Allah per imaan laten hain 
    aur musalamanon ki baaton ka yaqeen kerte hain
    aur tum me jo iman layen unn ke liye rehmat hai
    Rasool Allah ko jo log eeza dete hain
    unn ke liye dukh ki maar hai.

    9.62

    يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمْ
    لِيُرْضُوكُمْ
    وَٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ
    أَحَقُّ أَن يُرْضُوهُ
    إِن كَانُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ

    yahlifoona billaahi lakum

    liyurdookum

    wallaahu wa Rasooluhoo ahaqqu ai yurdoohu

    in kaanoo mu'mineen

    They swear by Allah to you Muslims
    in order to please you.
    But Allahit his Prophet
    has more right that they should please Allah.
    If they are believers.
     

    tumhare samne Allah ki qasmen khate hain 
    tumhen khush kerne ke liye
    aur Allah aur uss ka rasool 
    ka haq ziyada tha ke use razi kerte
    agar yeh eman daar hote

    9.63

    أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُ
    مَن يُحَادِدِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ
    فَأَنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدًا فِيهَا ۚ
    ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخِزْىُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

    Alam ya'lamooo annahoo

    mai yuhaadidillaaha wa Rasoolahoo

    faanna lahoo Naara jahannama khaalidan feehaa;

    zaalikal khizyul 'Azeem

     

    Did not know they

    That whoever opposes and shows hostility to Allah and his Prophet,

    certainly for him will be the fire of hell to abide therein

    that is extreme disgrace.

     

    Kiya ye nahi jante
    ke jo bhi Allah ki aur uss ke rasool ki mukhalifat kere ga
    yaqeenan uss ke liye dozakh ki aag hai jiss me woh hamesha rehen ge
    yeh zabardast ruswaee hai.

    9.64

    يَحْذَرُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ
    سُورَةٌ تُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ ۚ
    قُلِ ٱسْتَهْزِءُوٓا۟
    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا تَحْذَرُونَ

    Yahzarul munaafiqoona an tunaz zala 'alaihim

    Sooratun tunabbi 'uhum bimaa fee quloobihim;

    qulistahzi'oo

    innal laaha mukhrijum maa tahzaroon

     

    The hypocrites fear, lest should be revealed about them
    a surah chapter of Quran showing them what is in their hearts.
    Say: “Mock”
    but certainly Allah will bring to light all that you fear.
     

    Munafiq derte hain ke inn per utre 
    koi surat jo inn ke dilon ki baaten unhen batla de.
    Keh den ke tum mazaaq urhate raho
    yaqeenan Allah usse zahir kerne wala hai jis ka tumhen darh hai.

    9.65

     وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ
    إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نَخُوضُ وَنَلْعَبُ ۚ
    قُلْ أَبِٱللَّهِ وَءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَرَسُولِهِۦ
    كُنتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِءُونَ

    Wala'in sa altahum layaqoolunna

    innamaa kunnaa nakhoodu wa nal'ab;

    qul A billaahi wa 'Aayaatihee wa Rasoolihee

    kuntum tastahzi'oon

     

    If you ask them about this, they declare:
    we were only talking idly and joking”.
    Say: “was it at Allah and his signs and his Prophet?”
    that you were mocking

    Agar aap inn se poochen to saaf keh den ge
    hum to aapas me hans kheil rahe the.
    Keh den kiya Allah se aur uss ki aayaton aur uss ke rasool se 
    hanste ho.

    9.66

     لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا۟

    قَدْ كَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَٰنِكُمْ ۚ

    إِن نَّعْفُ عَن طَآئِفَةٍ مِّنكُمْ

    نُعَذِّبْ طَآئِفَةًۢ

    بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ مُجْرِمِينَ

    Laa ta'taziroo

    qad kafartum ba'da eemaanikum;

    in na'fu 'an taaa'ifatim minkum

    nu'az zib taaa'ifatam

    bi annahum kaanoo mujrimeen

    No make excuses.
    Indeed you disbelieved after you had believed.
    If we pardon some of you
    we will punish others amongest you
    because they were criminals sinners.
     

    bahane na banao
    tum kafir ho choke ho apne imaan lane ke baad 
    agar hum tum me se kisi ko moaaf keren
    to auron ko azab den ge.

    9.67

    ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ
    بَعْضُهُم مِّنۢ بَعْضٍ ۚ
    يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمُنكَرِ
    وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمَعْرُوفِ
    وَيَقْبِضُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ ۚ
    نَسُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ ۗ
    إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ هُمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ

    Almunaafiqoona wal munaafiqaatu

    ba'duhum mim ba'din;

    yaamuroona bilmunkari

    wa yanhawna 'anil ma'roofi

    wa yaqbidoona aidiyahum;

    nasul laaha fanasiyahum;

    innal munaafiqeena humul faasiqoon

     

    The hypocrites men and women
    some from another.
    They enjoin evil disbelief,
    and forbid from good Islam,
    their clutch hands,
    they have forgotten Allah, so he has forgotter them,
    verily the hypocrites are the disbelief.
     

    munafiq mard aur aurat
    aapas me aik hain
    yeh buri baaton ka hukum dete hain
    aur bhali baaton se rokte hain
    aur apni muthi band rakhen 
    woh Allah ko bhool gaye Allah enhen chorh diya
    be-shak munafiq hi fasiq hain.

    9.68

     وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْكُفَّارَ
    نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا
    ۚ هِىَ حَسْبُهُمْ ۚ وَلَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ
    ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ

    Wa'adal laahul munafiqeena wal munaafiqaati wal kuffaara

    naara jahannnamma khaalideena feehaa;

    hiya hasbuhum; wa la'annahumul laahu

    wa lahum 'azaabum muqeem

    Allah has promised the hypocrites men and women and disbelievers
    the fire of hell therein they shall abide
    it will suffice them. Allah has curses them.
    and for them is the lasting torment.

     Allah Taalaa inn munafiq mardon aurton aur kafiron ko
    jahannum ki aag ka wada diya hai jahan yeh hamesha rehen gay
    wohi enhen bas  hai aur inn per Allah ki phitkar hai
    aur inn hi kay liye daeemi azab hai.

    9.69

     كَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ
    كَانُوٓا۟ أَشَدَّ مِنكُمْ قُوَّةً
    وَأَكْثَرَ أَمْوَٰلًا وَأَوْلَٰدًا
    فَٱسْتَمْتَعُوا۟ بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ
    فَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِخَلَٰقِكُمْ
    كَمَا ٱسْتَمْتَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُم بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ
    وَخُضْتُمْ كَٱلَّذِى خَاضُوٓا۟ ۚ
    أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ
    فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۖ
    وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ

    Kallazeena min qablikum

    kaanoo ashadda minkum quwwatanw

    wa aksara amwaalanw wa awlaadan

    fastamta'oo bikhalaaqihim

    fastamta'tum bikhalaaqikum

    kamas tamta'al lazeena min qablikum bikhalaa qihim

    wa khudtum kallazee khaadooo;

    ulaaa'ika habitat a'maaluhum

    fid dunyaa wal Aakhirati

    wa ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon

     

    Like those before you
    They were mighter than you in power
    and more abundant in wealth and children.
    They had enjoyed their portion awhile.
    So enjoy your portion awhile.
    As enjoyed those before you their portion awhile
    and you indulged in play and pastime as they indulged in play and pastime.
    Such are they their deeds are in vain
    in this world and in the hereafter
    and such they are who are the losers.
     

    jaise woh jo tum se pehle the
    tum me se woh ziyada qooat wale the
    aur ziyada maal-o-aulad wale the
    pus woh apna hissa barat gaye
    phir tum ne apna hissa barat liya 
    jaise tum se agle apna hissa barat ge
    aur tum byhodgi me parhe jaise woh parhe the.
    Yah woh hain jin ke aamaal ghaarat hogae
    duniya aur aakhirat me 
    yehi log nuksan pane wale hain.

    9.70

    أَلَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ نَبَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ
    قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ وَقَوْمِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
    وَأَصْحَٰبِ مَدْيَنَ وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَٰتِ ۚ
    أَتَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ
    ۖ فَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ
    وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓا۟أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ

     

    Alam yaatihim naba ul lazeena min qablihim

    qawmi Noohinw wa 'Aadinw wa Samooda wa qawmi Ibraaheema

    wa ashaabi mdyana walmu'tafikaat;

    atathum Rusuluhum bilbaiyinaati

    famaa kaanal laahu liyazlimahum

    wa laakin kaanooo anfusahum yazlimoon

    Has not the story reached them of those before them?
    the people of Noah Ad and Tharmud, and the people of Abraham,
    and the dwellers of Madyan, and the cities overthown.
    Their Prophets Rasool came to them with clear proofs.
    So Allah was not who wronged them.
    but they used to wrong themselves.
     

    Kiya enhen apne se pehle logon ki khaber nahi phonchi
    qom-e-nooh aur aad  aur  samood aur qom-e-ibrajhim
    aur ehal-e-madyen aur motafiqaat 
    unn ke pass unn ke payghumber roshan daleelen ley ker phonche
    Allah aisa na  tha  ke unn per zulm kere
    bulke unhon ne khud hi apne upper zulm kiya.

    9.71

     وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتُ
    بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ
    يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ
    وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ
    وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
    وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
    وَيُطِيعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ۚ
    أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ سَيَرْحَمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۗ
    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Walmu'minoona wal mu'minaatu

    ba'duhum awliyaaa'u ba;d;

    yaamuroona bilma'roofi

    wa yanhawna 'anil munkari

    wa yuqeemoonas Salaata

    wa yu'toonaz Zakaata

    wa yutee'oonal laaha wa Rasoolah;

    ulaaa'ika sayarhamuhumul laah;

    innallaaha 'Azeezun Hakeem

     

    The believing men and women

    some are protectors of others.

    They command good

    and forbid from evil

    and they offer perfectly their prayers,

    and give the zakat,

    and obey Allah and his Prophet .

    those Allah will give them Mercy.

    Surely Allah is The Most Great One The Ultimately Wise One.

     

    Momin mard-o-aurat
    aapas me aik doosre ke rafeeq hain
    woh bhalaiyon ka hukum dete hain
    aur burai se rokte hain
    namaz qayam karte hain
    aur zakat ada kerte hain
    Allah aur uss ke rasool ki baat maante hain
    yehi log hain jin per Allah bahoth jald reham faramaye ga
    be-shak Allah ghalbe wala hikmat wala hai.

    9.72

    وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ
    جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ
    خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا
    وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّٰتِ عَدْنٍ ۚ
    وَرِضْوَٰنٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ
    ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

    Wa'adal laahulmu' mineena walmu'minaati

    Jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaaru

    khaalideena feehaa

    wa masaakina taiyibatan fee Jannnaati 'adn;

    wa ridwaanum minal laahi akbar;

    zaalika hual fawzul 'azeem

     

    Allah has promised the believing men and women

    gardens under which rivers flow.

    To dwell therein forever

    and beautiful mansions in gardens of and eden paradise.

    And the greatest bliss is the good pleasure of Allah

    that is the supreme success.

     

    Allah ne musalman mardon aur aurton se wada farmaya
    jannaat ka jin kay neeche nehren rawan
    jahan woh hamesha rehen ge
    aur pakeezah makano ka basne ke baghon me
    aur Allah ki raza sab se barhi cheez hai
    yehi barhi kaamyabi hai.

    9.73

    يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ
    جَٰهِدِ ٱلْكُفَّارَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ
    وَٱغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ
    وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ
    وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ

    yaaa aiyuhan Nabiyyu

    jaahidil kuffaara walmunaafiqeena

    waghluz 'alaihim;

    wa maawaahum jahannnamu

    wa bi'sal maseer

     

    O Prophet!

    You war against the disbelievers and the hypocrites.

    And be harsh against them

    and their abode is hell

    and worst indeed is the destination!

    Aey nabi!
    Kafiron aur munafiqon se jihad karo
    aur inn per sakht hojao
    inn ki jagah dozakh hai
    jo nihayat bad tareen jagah hai palatny ki.

    9.74

     يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ مَا قَالُوا۟
    وَلَقَدْ قَالُوا۟ كَلِمَةَ ٱلْكُفْرِ
    وَكَفَرُوا۟ بَعْدَ إِسْلَٰمِهِمْ
    وَهَمُّوا۟ بِمَا لَمْ يَنَالُوا۟ ۚ
    وَمَا نَقَمُوٓا۟
    إِلَّآ أَنْ أَغْنَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۚ
    فَإِن يَتُوبُوا۟ يَكُ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ ۖ
    وَإِنيَتَوَلَّوْا۟ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ ٱللَّهُ
    عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ
    وَمَا لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ
    مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

     

    Yahlifoona billaahi maa qaaloo

    wa laqad qaaloo kalimatal kufri

    wa kafaroo ba'da Islaamihim

    wa hammoo bimaa lam yanaaloo;

    wa maa naqamooo

    illaaa an aghnaa humullaahu wa Rasooluhoo min fadlih;

    fainy yatooboo yaku khairal lahum

    wa iny yatawal law yu'az zibhumullaahu '

    azaaban aleeman fiddunyaa wal Aakhirah;

    wamaa lahum fil ardi

    minw waliyyinw wa laa naseer

             

    They swear by Allah did not that they said.
    But really they said the word of disbelief
    and they disbelieved after accepting Islam.
    and they resolved that which unable they were to carry out.
    And they not could find any cause to do so.
    Except that Allah and his Prophet had enriched them of his bounty.
    If then they repent it will be better for them.
    but if they turn away Allah will punish them
    with a painful torment in this worldy life and in the hereafter
    and there is none for them on earth
    as a protector nor a helper.
     

    Allah ki qasmen khatay hain ke enhon ne na kaha
    aur be shak zaroor unhon ne kufur ka kalma kaha
    aur yeh apne islam ke baad kafir hogaye
    aur woh chaha tha jo unhen na mila.
    aur enhen kiya bora laga
    yahi na ke Allah ne apne fazal se aur uss ke rasool ne ghani ker diya
    to agar woh toba ker len to inn ka bhla hai
    aur agar mun phairen to Allah enhen
    duniya-o-aakhirat me dard naak azab de ga
    aur zamin me inn ka koi himayati
    aur madadgar na hoga.

    9.75

    وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ عَٰهَدَ ٱللَّهَ
    لَئِنْ ءَاتَىٰنَا مِن فَضْلِهِۦ
    لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ
    وَلَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

    Wa minhum man 'aaha dal laaha

    la'in aataanaa min fadlihee

    lanas saddaqanna

    wa lanakoonanna minassaaliheen

     

    And some of them are who made a covenant with Allah.
    Saying: if he bestowed on us of his bounty
    we will verily give charity
    and will be certainly among those who are righteous.

    Inn me woh bhi hain jinhon ne Allah se ehad kiya tha
    ke agar woh hamen apne fazal se de ga
    to hum zaroor sadqa keren ga
    aur zarooor neko kaaron me hojaen ge.

    9.76

    فَلَمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِۦ

    بَخِلُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَتَوَلَّوا۟ 

    وَّهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ

    Falammaaa aataahum min fadlihee

    bakhiloo biheewa tawallaw

    wa hum mu'ridoon

    Then when Allah gave them of his bounty,
    they became stingy with it and turned away
    and they are averse.
     

    Lekin jab Allah ne apne fazal se enhen diya 
    yeh iss me bakheeli kerne laggay aur palet gay.
    aur woh mun morh rahe the 

    9.77

     فَأَعْقَبَهُمْ نِفَاقًا فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ
    إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يَلْقَوْنَهُ
    بِمَآ أَخْلَفُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا وَعَدُوهُ
    وَبِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْذِبُونَ

    Fa a'qabahum nifaaqan fee quloobihim

    ilaa Yawmi yalqaw nahoo

    bimaaa akhlaful laaha maa wa'adoohu

    wa bimaa kaanoo yakhziboon

     

    So he punished them by putting hypocrisy into their hearts
    till the day whereon they shall meet him
    because they broke the covenant with Allah which they had promised to him
    and because they used to tell lies.

    Pus iss ki saza mein Allah ne inn ke dilon me nifaq daal diya
    Allah se milne ke dinon tak
    kiyon ke enhon ne Allah se kiye huwe wade jhotla diye
    aur kiyon ke jhoot bolte rahe.

    9.78

    أَ لَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟

    أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَىٰهُمْ

    وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَّٰمُ ٱلْغُيُوبِ

    Alam ya'lamooo

    annal laaha ya'lamu sirrahum wa najwaahum

    wa annal laaha 'Allaamul Ghuyoob

     

    Do not know they?
    That Allah knows their secret ideas and their secret talk
    and that Allah is the All-knower of the unseen.
     

    kiya woh nahi jante
    ke Allah unn ke dil ke bhed aur unn ki sergoshi janta hai
    aur yah ke Allah ghaib ki tamam baaton se khabardaar hai.

    9.79

     ٱلَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ

    ٱلْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِى ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ

    وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ إِلَّا جُهْدَهُمْ

    فَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ ۙ

    سَخِرَ ٱللَّهُ مِنْهُمْ

    وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

    Allazeena yalmizoonal

    mut tawwi'eena minalmu'mineena fis sadaqaati

    wallazeena laa yajidoona illaa juhdahum

    fayaskharoona minhum

    sakhiral laahu minhum

    wa lahum azaabun aleem

     

     Those who defame such
    of the believers who give in charity voluntarily,
    and such those who could not find to give charity except what is available to them.
    so they mock at them,
    Allah will throw back their mockery on them
    and they shall have a painful torment.

    Woh Jo aib rakhte hain 
    inn musalmanon per  jo dil khol ker kheyraat kerte hain 
    aur unn ko jo nahi paate siwaye apni mehnat ke
    pus yeh unn ka mazaq urhate hain
    Allah unn ki hansi ki saza de ga 
    aur enhi kay liye dard naak azab hai.

    9.80

    ٱسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ
    أَوْ لَا تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ
    إِن تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً
    فَلَن يَغْفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمْ ۚ
    ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۗ
    وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ

    istaghfir lahum

    aw laa tastaghfir lahum

    in tastaghfir lahum sab'eena marratan

    falany yaghfiral laahu lahum;

    zaalika bi annahum kafaroo billaahi wa Rasoolih;

    wallaahu laa yahdil qawmal faasiqeen

    Whether you ask forgiveness for them
    or not ask forgiveness for them
    if you ask seventy times for them forgiveness
    Allah will never forgive them.
    because them have disbelieved in Allah and his Prophet
    and Allah not guides those who disobedient.

    Inn ke liye mafi chaho ya na chaho.
    Agar tum satter bar istaghfaar kero
    to bhi Allah enhen hergiz na bakhshe ga
    yeh iss liye ke enhon ne Allah aur uss ke rasool se kufur kiya
    Allah aise fasiq logon ko rah nahi dikhata.

    9.81

    فَرِحَ ٱلْمُخَلَّفُونَ بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ
    خِلَٰفَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ
    وَكَرِهُوٓا۟ أَن يُجَٰهِدُوا۟
    بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ
    وَقَالُوا۟ لَا تَنفِرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْحَرِّ
    ۗ قُلْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ أَشَدُّ حَرًّا ۚ
    لَّوْ كَانُوا۟ يَفْقَهُونَ

    Farihal mukhallafoona bimaq'adihim

    khilaafa Rasoolil laahi

    wa karihooo ai yujaahidoo

    bi amwaalihim wa anfusihim fee sabeelil laahi

    wa qaaloo la tanfiroo fil harr;

    qul Naaru jahannama ashaddu harraa;

    law kaanoo yafqahoon

     

    Those who stayed behind rejoiced in their places
    behind the Prophet of Allah
    and they hated to warring and fight
    with their wealth and their lives in the way of Allah
    and they said: “not march forth in the heat.”
    Say: “the fire of hell is more intense in heat.
    If only they could understand.
     

    Peeche reh jane wale is per khush howe ke woh Allah
    ke rasool ke piche baithe rahe
    aur enhon ne pasand na kiya 
    Allah ki raah me apne maal aur janon se jihad kerna
    aur bole ke iss garmi me na niklo.
    Keh do ke dozakh ki aag bahot hi sakht garam hai
    kisi tarah unhen samejh hoti.

    9.82

     فَلْيَضْحَكُوا۟ قَلِيلًا

    وَلْيَبْكُوا۟ كَثِيرًا

    جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ

    Falyadhakoo qaleelanw

    walyabkoo kaseeran

    jazaaa'am bimaa kaanoo yaksiboon

     

    So let them laugh a little
    and they will cry much
    as a recompense of what they used to earn.
     

    Pus enhen chahaiye ke boht kum hansen
    aur bahot ziyada royen
    badla uss ka jo yeh kerte the.

    9.83

    فَإِن رَّجَعَكَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَىٰ طَآئِفَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ
    فَٱسْتَـْٔذَنُوكَ لِلْخُرُوجِ
    فَقُل لَّن تَخْرُجُوا۟ مَعِىَ أَبَدًا
    وَلَن تُقَٰتِلُوا۟ مَعِىَ عَدُوًّا ۖ
    إِنَّكُمْ رَضِيتُم بِٱلْقُعُودِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ
    فَٱقْعُدُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَٰلِفِينَ

    Fa ir raja'akal laahu ilaa taaa'ifatim minhum

    fastaaa zanooka lilkhurooji

    faqul lan takhrujoo ma'iya abadan

    wa lan tuqaatiloo ma'iya 'aduwwan

    innakum radeetum bilqu'oodi awwala marratin

    faq'udoo ma'al khaalifeen

     

    If Allah brings you back to a party of them the hypocties
    and they ask your permission to go out to fight.
    Say: never shall you go out with me
    nor fight an enemy with me,
    you pleased to sit inactive on the first occasion.
    Then you sit now with those who lag behind.
     

    Pus agar Allah aap ko inn ki kissi jamat ki taraf  wapis le jaye
    phir yeh aap se maidan-e-jang me nikalne ki ijazat talab keren
    to aap keh den ke tum kabhi mere sath na chalo 
    aur na mere sath tum dushmanon se larho.
    be shak Tum ne pehli martaba hi baithe rehne ko pasand kiya tha
    pus tum peeche reh jane walon me hi baithe raho.

    9.84

    وَلَا تُصَلِّ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُم مَّاتَ أَبَدًا
    وَلَا تَقُمْ عَلَىٰ قَبْرِهِۦٓ ۖ
    إِنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ
    وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ

    Wa laa tusalli 'alaaa ahadim minhum maata abadanw

    wa laa taqum 'alaa qabriheee

    innahum kafaroo billaahi wa Rasoolihee

    wa maatoo wa hum faasiqoon

     

    And not O Muhammad pray for any of them hypocrites who dies never.
    Nor stand at his grave.
    Certainly they disbelieved in Allah and his Prophet
    and died while them were disobedient.
     

    Inn mein se koi mar jaye to uss ke janaze per kabhi namaz na parhna
    aur na uss ki qaber per kharhe hona.
    be shak woh Allah aur uss ke rasool ke munkir howe
    aur woh fisq hi me mar gay. 

    9.85

    وَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَأَوْلَٰدُهُمْ ۚ

    إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا

    وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ

    Wa laa tu'jibka amwaa luhum wa awlaaduhum;

    innamaa yureedul laahu ai yu'az zibahum bihaa fid dunyaa

    wa tazhaqa anfusuhum wa hum kaafiroon

     

    And let not their wealth or their childen amaze you.
    Allah’s only intends to punish them with these things in this world.
    And that their souls shall depart die while they are disbelievers.
     

    Aap inn ke maal-o-aulad per taajjub na karna!
    Allah yahi chahta hai ke enhen inn cheezon se dunya me saza de
    aur kufr hi per in ka dam nikal jay.

    9.86

     وَإِذَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ
    أَنْ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ
    وَجَٰهِدُوا۟ مَعَ رَسُولِهِ
    ٱسْتَـْٔذَنَكَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلطَّوْلِ مِنْهُمْ
    وَقَالُوا۟ ذَرْنَا نَكُن مَّعَ ٱلْقَٰعِدِينَ

    Wa izaaa unzilat Sooratun

    an aaminoo billaahi

    wa jaahidoo ma'a Rasoolih

    is taazanaka uluttawli  minhum

    wa qaaloo zarnaa nakum ma'alqaa 'ideen

     

    And when a soorah is revealed enjoining
    “that they believe in Allah
    and war hard and fight along his Prophet .
    The wealth among them ask your leave to exempt them
    and say: “leave us behind we would be with those who sit at home.
     

    Jab koi surat utari jati hai
    ke Allah per eman lao
    aur uss ke rasool ke sath mill ker jihad kero
    to inn mein se dolat mand aap se rukhsat mangte hain
    aur kahte hain humen chorh den ke ham baithe rehne walon ke sath holen.

    9.87

     رَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ

    وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ

    فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ

    Radoo bi ai yakoonoo ma'al khawaalifi

    wa tubi'a 'alaa quloobihim

    fahum laa yafqahoon

     

    They are content to be with those the women who sit behind
    and on their hearts are seated up.
    So they not do understand.
     

    unhen pasend aaya ke piche rahne wali aurton ke sath hojaain
    aur inn ke dilon per mohar laga di gaee
    to woh kuch nahi samajhte

    9.88

    لَٰكِنِ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَعَهُ

    جَٰهَدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۚ

    وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمُ ٱلْخَيْرَٰتُ ۖ

    وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ

    Laakinir Rasoolu wal lazeena aamanoo ma'ahoo

    jaahadoo bi amwaalihim wa anfusihim;

    wa ulaaa'ika lahumul khairaatu

    wa ulaaa'ika humul muflihoon

     

    But the Prophet and those who believed with him.
    Strove hard hard and warred with their wealth and their lives.
    Such they are for whom are the good things
    and it is they who will be successful.
     

    Laikin khud Rasool aur jo un ke saath imaan laaen 
    apne maal aur janon se jihad kerte hain
    yehi log bhalai wale hain
    aur yehi log kaamyabi hasil kerne wale hain.

    9.89

     أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍ
     تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ
    خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ
    ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

    A'addal laahu lahum Jannaatin 

    tajree min tahtihal anhaaru

    khaalideena feehaa;

    zaalikal fawzul 'azeem 

     

    For Allah has prepard them gardens
    flowing, under them rivers to dwell therein forever.
    That is the supreme success.
     

    Enhi ke liye Allah ne jannaten tayyar ki hain 
    jin ke neeche nehren jaari jin me hamesha rehen
    yehi bahot barhi kaamyabi hai.

    9.90

    وَجَآءَ ٱلْمُعَذِّرُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ

    لِيُؤْذَنَ لَهُمْ

    وَقَعَدَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ۚ

    سَيُصِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

    Wa jaaa'al mu'az ziroona minal A'raabi

    liyu'zana lahum

    wa qa'adal lazeena kazabul laaha wa Rasoolah;

    sayuzeebul lazeena kafaroo minhum 'azaabun aleem

    and those who made excuses from the bedouns came
    asking your permission to exempt them,
    and those who had lied to Allah and his Prophet sat at home.
    A painful torment will seize those of them who disbelieve.
     

    aur bahane bnane wale genwar aaye
    ke enhen rukhsat de di jaye
    aur woh baithe rahe jinhon ne Allah aur uss ke rasool se jhoot bola tha,
    abb to inn me jitne kuffaar hain enhen dukh dene wali maar pahonche gee

    9.91

     لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلضُّعَفَآءِ
    وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرْضَىٰ
    وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مَا يُنفِقُونَ حَرَجٌ
    إِذَا نَصَحُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۚ
    مَا عَلَى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ مِن سَبِيلٍ ۚ
    وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Laisa 'alad du'aafaa'i

    wa laa 'alal mardaa

    wa laa 'alal lazeena laa yajidoona maa yunfiqoona ​harajun

    izaa nasahoo lillaahi wa Rasoolih;

    maa 'alal muhsineena min sabeel;

    wallaahu Ghafoorur Raheem

     

    There is no blame, on those who are weak
    or on ill.
    Or who no find on those what they spend blame,
    if they are sincere in duty to Allah and his Prophet.
    No group from of complaint can be there be against the good-doers
    and Allah is The All Forgiving One The Most Merciful.
     

    Zaeefon aur beemaron per koi haraj nahi 
    aur na unn per jin ke pass kharach kerne ko kuch bhi nahi
    jabke woh Allah aur uss ke rasool ke khair khah rahen
    neko kaaron per ilzam ki koi raah nahi
    aur Allah barhi maghfirat-o-rehmat wala hai.

    9.92

    وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا مَآ أَتَوْكَ

    لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ

    قُلْتَ لَآ أَجِدُ مَآ أَحْمِلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ

    تَوَلَّوا۟ وَّأَعْيُنُهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمْعِ

    حَزَنًا أَلَّا يَجِدُوا۟ مَا يُنفِقُونَ

    Wa laa 'alal lazeena izaa maaa atawka

    litahmilahum

    qulta laaa ajidu maaa ahmilukum 'alaihi

    tawallaw wa a'yunuhum tafeedu minaddam'i

    hazanan allaa yajidoo maa yunfiqoon

    Nor there is blame on those who: when came to you
    to be provided them with mounts.
    When you said: “ I can not find what bear you mounts for you on it.”
    they turned back while their eyes overflowing with tears
    of grief, that they could not find anything to spend.

    aur na unn per jo aap ke pass hazir hon
    ke aap unhen sawari mohiyya ker den
    to aap jawab den ke mere pas koi cheez nahi jis per tomhen sawaar karon
    to is per yon wapes jaen ke in ki aankhon se aansoo obelte hon 
    is ghem se ke kharach ka maqdoor na paya.

    9.93

     إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَـْٔذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ أَغْنِيَآءُ ۚ

    رَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ

    وَطَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ هِمْ

    فَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

    Innamas sabeelu 'alal lazeena yastaazinoonaka wa hum aghniyaaa';

    radoo biany-yakoonoo ma'al khawaalifi

    wa taba'al laahu 'alaa quloobihim

    fahum laa ya'lamoon

     

     Only the ground of complaint is against those who are rich and yet ask exemptions.
    They are content to be with the women who sit behind
    and Allah has sealed up their hearts,
    so that not they know.

     

    Be-shak moaakhiza to un per hai jo aap se ijazat talab karen aur woh dolat mand hain.
    onhen pasend aaya ke aurton ke sath peeche baithe rahen
    aur Allah ne inn ke dilon per mohar kardi  
    to woh koch nahi jaante.

    9.94

     يَعْتَذِرُونَ إِلَيْكُمْ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ

    قُل لَّا تَعْتَذِرُوا۟ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ لَكُمْ

    قَدْ نَبَّأَنَا ٱللَّهُ مِنْ أَخْبَارِكُمْ ۚ

    وَسَيَرَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ

    ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ

    فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

    ya'taziroona ilaikum izaa raja'tum ilaihim;

    qul laa ta'taziroo lan nu'mina lakum

    qad nabba anal laahu min akhbaarikum;

    wa sa yaral laahu 'amalakum wa Rasooluhoo

    suma turaddoona ilaa 'Aalimil Ghaibi washshahaadati

    fa yunabbi'ukum bimaa kuntum ta'maloon

     

    They the hypocrites will present their excuses to you when you return to him.
    Say: no present excuses never we shall believe you,
    Allah has already informed us of the news corcerning you
    and Allah and His Prophet will observe your deeds,
    then you will be brought back to The Omniscient and of the unseen and the seen.
    Then Allah he will inform you of what you used to do.
     

    Tum se bahane banaen ge jab tum inn ke pass wapis jaoge.
    Aap fermana bahane na banao hum hargiz tumhara yaqeen na karen ge
    Allah ne hum ko tumhari khabar de di hai
    aur abb Allah aur uss ke rasool tumhare kam deken ge
    phir isi ke pass lotay jaoge jo posheeda aur zahir sab janta hai
    phir woh tum ko bata de ga jo kuch tum kerte the.

    9.95

     سَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمْ

    إِذَا ٱنقَلَبْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ لِتُعْرِضُوا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۖ

    فَأَعْرِضُوا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۖ

    إِنَّهُمْ رِجْسٌ ۖ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ

    جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ

    Sa yahlifoona billaahi lakum

    izanqalabtum ilaihim litu'ridoo 'anhum

    fa a'ridoo 'anhum

    innahum rijsunw wa maawaahum jahannamu

    jazaaa'am bimaa kaanoo yaksiboon

    They will swear by Allah to you
    when you return to them that you may turn away from them.
    so turn away from them,
    surely they are impure and their dwelling place is Hell
    a recompens for that which they used to earn.
     

    abb tumhare samne Allah ki qasmen khaen ge
    jab tum unn ke pass wapis jaoge take tum unn ko unn ki halat per chorh do.
    So tum unn ko unn ki halat per chorh do.
    Woh log bilkul gande hain aur unn ka thikana dozakh hai
    unn kaamon ka badla jinhen woh kiya kerte the.

    9.96

     يَحْلِفُونَ لَكُمْ لِتَرْضَوْا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۖ

    فَإِن تَرْضَوْا۟ عَنْهُمْ

    فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَرْضَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ

    Yahlifoona lakum litardaw 'anhum

    fa in tardaw 'anhum

    fa innal laaha laa yardaa 'anil qawmil faasiqeen

     

    They swear to you that you may be pleased with them.
    but if you pleased with them.
    certainly Allah is not pleased with the people who are disobedient.
     

    tumhare aage qasmen khaen ge ke tum inn se razi hojao
    to ager tum un se razi hojao
    to Allah to aise fasiq logon se razi nahi hota.

    9.97

     ٱلْأَعْرَابُ أَشَدُّ كُفْرًا وَنِفَاقًا

    وَأَجْدَرُ أَلَّا يَعْلَمُوا۟ حُدُودَ

    مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Al A'raabu ashaddu kufranw wa nifaaqanw

    wa ajdaru allaa ya'lamoo hudooda

    maaa anzalal laahu 'alaa Rasoolih;

    wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

     

    The bedouins are the worst in disbelief and hypocrisy

    and more likely not to know the limite

    which has revealed Allah to His Prophet

    and Allah is The Omniscient The Ultimate Wise One.

     

    Deehati kufr aur nifaq me bahot hi sakht hain
    aur unn ko aisa hona hi chahiye ke unn ko inn ke ehkaam ka ilm na ho
    jo Allah ne apne rasool per nazil farmaae
    aur Allah barha ilm wala barhi hikmat wala hai.

    9.98

    وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًا

    وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَ ۚ

    عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

    Wa minal A'raabi mai yattakhizu maa yunfiqu maghramanw

    wa yatarabbasu bikumud dawaaa'ir;

    alaihim daaa'iratus saw';

    wallaahu Samee'un 'Aleem

     

    And of the bedounis who take what they spend as a fine
    and watch for you calamities
    the calamity of the evil be on them
    and Allah is All-Hearer The Omniscient.

    Aur kuch kanwaar woh hain jo Allah ki raah me kharch keren uss ko jurmana samjhen
    aur tum  per gardishen aane ke muntazir rehen
    bura waqt inn hi per hai 
    aur Allah sunta aur janta hai.

    9.99

     وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ

    بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ

    وَيَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ

    قُرُبَٰتٍ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ

    وَصَلَوَٰتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ ۚ

    أَلَآ إِنَّهَا قُرْبَةٌ لَّهُمْ ۚ

    سَيُدْخِلُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦٓ ۗ

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Wa minal A'raabi mai yu'minu

    billaahi wal yawmil AAkhiri

    wa yattakhizu maa yunfiqu

    qurubaatin 'indal laahi

    wa salawaatir Rasool;

    alaaa innahaa qurbatul lahum;

    sayudkhiluhumul laahu fee rahmatih;

    innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem

    And of the bedounis there are some who believe

    in Allah and the last day

    and take what they spend

    as means of nearness to Allah

    and a cause of receiving the Prophet,

    indeed these are a means of nearness for them

    Allah will admit them to His mercy,

    certainly Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.

     

    Aur baaz dehaati woh hain jo eman rakhte hain 
    Allah per aur qiyamat ke din per 
    aur jo kharach kerte hain
    inn ko indallah qurb hasil hone ka zariya
    aur rasool ki dua ka zariya samjhen
    han woh inn ke liye mojib-e-qurbat hai
    inn ko Allah zaroor apni rehmat me dakhil kere ga
    beshak Allah maghfirat katne wala rehmat wala hai.

    9.100

    وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ

    وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُم بِإِحْسَٰنٍ

    رَّضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ

    وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ

    وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍ

    تَجْرِى تَحْتَهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ

    خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا ۚ

    ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

    Was saabiqoonal awwa loona minal Muhaajireena wal Ansaari

    wallazeenat taba'oo hum bi ihsaanir

    radiyal laahu 'anhum

    wa radoo 'anhu

    wa a'adda lahum jannnaatin

    tajree tahtahal anhaaru

    khaalideena feehaaa abadaa;

    zaalikal fawzul 'azeem

     

    And the first Muslims the foremost of the emigrants and the helpers
    and those who followed them in goodness,
    Allah is Well-Pleased with them
    and they are well-pleased  with  Him,
    and he has prepared for them Gardens
    flowing under them rivers
    to dwell therein forever
    that is the great success.
     

    Aur sab me agle mohajireen aur ansaar  
    aur jo bhlai ke sath unn ke pairo howe 
    Allah unn se razi
    aur woh uss se razi
    aur Allah ne unn ke liye aise baagh tayyar ker rakhe hain
    jin ke neeche nehren jaari hain
    jin me hamesha rahen ge
    yeh barhi kaamyabi hai.

    9.101

    وَمِمَّنْ حَوْلَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مُنَٰفِقُونَ ۖ

    وَمِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ ۖ

    مَرَدُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنِّفَاقِ

    لَا تَعْلَمُهُمْ ۖ

    نَحْنُ نَعْلَمُهُمْ ۚ

    سَنُعَذِّبُهُم مَّرَّتَيْنِ

    ثُمَّ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ عَظِيمٍ

    Wa mimmann hawlakum minal A'raabi munaafiqoona

    wa min ahlil Madeenati

    maradoo 'alan nifaaq,

    laa ta'lamuhum

    nahnu na'lamuhum;

    sanu'azzibuhum marrataini

    summa yuraddoona ilaa 'azaabin 'azeem

     

     and from those around you of the bedouins are hypocrites
    and so are some among the people of Al-Madinah
    they persist in hypocrisy
    not you know them
    we know them,
    we shall punish them wtice
    then they shall be brought back to a great torment.
     

    Aur tumhare aas paas ke ganwaar aise munafiq hain 
    aur kuch madine walon me 
    ke nifaq per arhe huwe hain
    aap inn ko nahi jante
    inn ko hum jante hain
    jald hum inn ko dohri saza den ge
    phir woh barhe bhari azab ki taraf bheje jayen ge.

    9.102

     وَءَاخَرُونَ ٱعْتَرَفُوا۟ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ

    خَلَطُوا۟ عَمَلًا صَٰلِحًا وَءَاخَرَ سَيِّئًا

    عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Wa aakharoona' tarafoo bizunoobihim

    khalatoo 'amalan saalihanw wa aakhara saiyi'an '

    asal laahu ai yatooba 'alaihim;

    innal laaha Ghafoorur Raheem

     

    and there are others who have acknowledged their sins,

    they have mixed a deed that was rigteous with another that was evil,

    Perhaps Allah that will turn in forgiveness unto them,

    surely Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.

     

    Aur kuch aur hain jo apne gonahon ke iqrari hain
    jinhon ne milaya  aik kaam acha aur aik bura
    Allah se umeed hai ke unn ki toba qabool farmaye. 
    Bila shuba Allah bakheshne wala barhi rehmat wala hai.

    9.103

    خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ صَدَقَةً

    تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِم بِهَا

    وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ

    إِنَّ صَلَوٰتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَّهُمْ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

    Khuz min amwaalihim sadaqtan

    tutahhiruhum wa tuzakkeehim bihaa

    wa salli 'alaihim

    inna salaataka sakanul lahum;

    wallaahu Samee'un 'Aleem

     

    take from their wealth alms in order

    tocleanse them and purify them with it

    and invoke Allah for them,

    verily your invocations are a source of security for them

    and Allah is All-Hearer All-Knower.

     

    Aap inn ke maalon mein sadqa le lijiye 
    aur iss ke zariye aap inn ko pak ker do
    aur inn kay liye dua kijiye
    bila shuba aap ki dua inn ke liye mojib-e-itminaan hai
    aur Allah khoob sunta hai khoob janta hai.

    9.104

    أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟

    أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ ٱلتَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِۦ

    وَيَأْخُذُ ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ

    وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

    Alam ya'lamooo

    annnal laaha huwa yaqbalut tawbata 'an ibaadihee

    wa yaakhuzus sadaqaati

    wa annal laaha Huwat awwaabur Raheem

     

    Do not they know

    that Allah he is who accepts repentance from his slaves

    and takes the charity

    and that Allah He alone is Accepter of repentance The Most Merciful.

     

    Kiya inn ko khaber nahi
    ke Allah hi apne bandon ki toba qabool kerta hai
    aur wohi sadqaat qabool farmata hai
    aur yeh ke Allah hi toba qabool kerne wala maherban hai.

    9.105

     وَقُلِ ٱعْمَلُوا۟

    فَسَيَرَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ

    وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۖ

    وَسَتُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ

    فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

    Wa quli'maloo

    fasayaral laahu 'amalakum 

    wa Rasooluhoo walmu'minoona

    wa saturaddoona ilaa 'Aalimil Ghaibi washshahaadati

    fa yunabbi'ukum bimaa kuntum ta'maloon

     

    and say: do deeds

    Allah will see your deeds 

    and His Prophet and the believers

    and you will be brought back to the All-knower of the unseen and the seen

    then he will inform you of what you used to do .

     

    Kehden ke amal kiye jao
    abb tumhare amal Allah dekhe ga
    aur uss ke rasool aur eman wale. 
    aur jald us ki taraf paltay jaaoge jo chupa aur khula sab janta hai.
    So woh tum ko tumhara sab kiya huwa batla de ga

    9.106

     وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ ٱللَّهِ

    إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ

    وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Wa aakharoona murjawna li amril laahi

    imaa yu'az zibuhum

    wa immaa yatoobu 'alaihim;

    wallaahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

     

    and others await Allah’s decree
    whether he will punish them
    or will forgive them
    and Allah is All-Knowing All-Wise.
     

    Aur kuch aur log hain jin ka moamla Allah ke hukum aane tak multawee hai
    unn ko saza de ga
    ya unn ki toba qabool ker le ga
    aur Allah khoob janne wala hikmata wala hai.

    9.107

    وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مَسْجِدًا

    ضِرَارًا وَكُفْرًا

    وَتَفْرِيقًۢا بَيْنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

    وَإِرْصَادًا لِّمَنْ حَارَبَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ

    وَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ إِنْ أَرَدْنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ

    وَٱللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

    Wallazeenat takhazoo masjidan

    diraaranw wa kufranw

    wa tafreeqam bainal mu'mineena

    wa irsaadal liman haarabal laaha wa Rasoolahoo min qabl;

    wa la yahlifunna in aradnaaa illal husnaa

    wallaahu yash hadu innahum lakaaziboon

     

    and as for those who they took a mosque

    by way harming and disbelieving

    and to disunite between the believers

    and as an outpost for those who warred Allah and his Prophet aforetime

    and they will indeed swear that we want nothing but good

    and Allah bears witness that they are certainly liars.

     

    Aur jinhon ne masjid banaee
    ke zarrar pahonchane ko aur kufr ke sabeb
    aur musalmano me tafreeq dalne
    aur uss ke intizar ma jo iss se pehle se Allah aur rasool ka mukhalif hai
    aur woh zaror qasmen khaen ge ke ba-juz bhalaee ke hum ne kuch na chaha 
    aur Allah gawah hai ke woh bilkul jhoote hain.

    9.108

     لَا تَقُمْ فِيهِ أَبَدًا ۚ

    لَّمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ

    مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ

    أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِ ۚ

    فِيهِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُوا۟ ۚ

    وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُطَّهِّرِينَ

    Laa taqum feehi abadaa;

    lamasjidun ussisa 'alat taqwaa

    min awwali yawmin

    ahaqqu an taqooma feeh;

    feehi rijaaluny yuhibbona ai yatatahharoo,

    wallaahu yuhibbul mmuttah hireen

     

    Not stand you therein ever,

    verily the Mosque whose foundation was laid on piety

    from the first day

    is more worthy that you stand therein

    to pray in it are men who love to clean and to purify themselves

    and Allah loves those who make themselves clean and pure.

     

    Iss masjid me tum kabhi kharhe na hona.
    Albatta jiss masjid ki bunyaad taqwa per rakhi gaee hai 
    awwal din se 
    woh iss laeeq hai ke aap iss me kharhe hon
    iss me aise aadmi hain ke woh khoob pak hone ko pasand kerte hain
    aur Allah khoob pak hone walon ko pasand kerta hai.

    9.109

     أَفَمَنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَٰنَهُ

     عَلَىٰ تَقْوَىٰ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ خَيْرٌ

    أَم مَّنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَٰنَهُ

     عَلَىٰ شَفَا جُرُفٍ هَارٍ

    فَٱنْهَارَ بِهِۦ فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

    Afaman assasa bunyaa nahoo

    'alaa taqwaa minal laahi wa ridwaanin khairun

    am man assasa bunyaanahoo

    'alaa shafaa jurufin haarin

    fanhaara bihee fee Naari Jahannnam;

    wallaahu laa yahdil qawmaz zaalimeen

     

    is it then he who laid the foundation of his building
    on peity from Allah and his good pleasure better
    or he who laid the foundation of his building
    on a adge of a cliff ready to crumble down
    so that it crumbled to pieces with him into the fire of hell
    and Allah not guides the people who are the wrong doers.

    To kiya jiss ne apni emaarat ki bunyaad rakhi 
    Allah se darne aur us ki khushnoodi per woh bhla
    ya woh jiss ne apni emaarat ki bunyaad rakhi 
    aissi ghaati ke kinare jo girne ko hay
    to phir woh iss ko le ker aatish-e-dozakh mee gir parha 
    aur Allah aise zalimon ko samajh nahi deta.

    9.110

     لَا يَزَالُ بُنْيَٰنُهُمُ ٱلَّذِى بَنَوْا۟ رِيبَةً فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ

    إِلَّآ أَن تَقَطَّعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ

    وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

    Laa yazaalu bunyaanu humul lazee banaw reebatan fee quloobihim

    illaaa an taqatta'a quloobuhum;

    wal laahu 'Aleemun Hakeem

    Not will cease to be their building which they built a cause of doubt in their hearts
    unless that are to pieces their hearts
    and Allah is All-Knower All-Wise.
     

    woh emaarat jo enhon ne banaee hamesha inn ke dilon me khatakti rahe gi
    haan magar yah ke inn ke dil tokrhe tokhre hojaen
    Aur Allah ilm w hikmat wala hai.

    9.111

     إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱشْتَرَىٰ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُم

    بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ ٱلْجَنَّةَ ۚ

    يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ

    فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ ۖ

    وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا فِى ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَٱلْإِنجِيلِ وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ۚ

    وَمَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِعَهْدِهِۦ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ

    فَٱسْتَبْشِرُوا۟ بِبَيْعِكُمُ ٱلَّذِى بَايَعْتُم بِهِۦ ۚ

    وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

    Innal laahash taraa minal mu'mineena anfusahum wa amwaalahum

    bi anna lahumul jannah;

    yuqaatiloona fee sabeelil laahi

    fa yaqtuloona wa yuqtaloona

    wa'dan 'alaihi haqqan fit Tawraati wal Injeeli wal Qur-aan;

    wa man awfaa be'ahdihee minal laah;

    fastabshiroo bibai'ikumul lazee baaya'tum bih;

    wa zaalika huwal fawzul 'azeem

     

    Verily Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties for the price

    that theris shall be paradise,

    they fight in Allah’s way,

    so they kill others and are killed,

    it is a promise which is binding on him in truth in the torah and the Gospel and the Qur’an

    and who is truer to his covenant than Allah,

    then rejoice in your bargain which you have bargained with it

    and that is success the supreme.

    Beshak Allah ne musalmanon se unn ki jan aur maal khareed lee 
    iss baat ke ewaz ke unn ko jannat mile gi.
    Allah ki raah me larhte hain
    qatal kerte hain aur qatal kiye jate hain
    iss per sacha wada kiya gaya hai toraat aur injeel aur quran me
    aur Allah se ziyada apne ehad ko kaun poora kerne wala hai
    to apne iss sawde per khsuhi manao jiss ka tum ne moamla kiya hai  
    aur yeh barhi kaamyabi hai.

    9.112

    ٱلتَّٰٓئِبُونَ ٱلْعَٰبِدُونَ ٱلْحَٰمِدُونَ

    ٱلسَّٰٓئِحُونَ ٱلرَّٰكِعُونَ ٱلسَّٰجِدُونَ

    ٱلْءَامِرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ

    وَٱلنَّاهُونَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَ

    رِ وَٱلْحَٰفِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ

    وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

    At taaa'iboonal 'aabidoonal haamidoonas

    saaa'ihoonar raaki'oonas saajidoonal

    aamiroona bilma'roofi

    wannaahoona 'anil munkari

    walhaafizoona lihudoodil laah;

    wa bashshiril mu'mineen

     

    Those who repent to Allah who worship him who praise him
    who go out who bow down in prayer who prostrate themeselves
    who command people to the good
    and forbid them from evil
    and who observe the limits set by Allah
    and give glad tidings to the believers.
     

    Yah log Tauba kerne wale ibadat kerne wale hamd kerne wale
    roza rakhne wale rukoo wale aur sajda kerne wale
    nek baaton ki taleem kerne wale
    aur buri baaton se rokne wale
    aur Allah ki hadoon ka khayal rakhne wale hain
    aur momineen ko aap khushkhabri suna dijiye.

    9.113

    مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟

    أَن يَسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ

    وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ أُو۟لِى قُرْبَىٰ

    مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ

    أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ

    Maa kaana lin nabiyyi wallazeena aamanooo

    ai yastaghfiroo lilmushrikeena

    wa law kaanoo ulee qurbaa

    mim ba'di maa tabiyana lahum

    annahum Ashaabul jaheem

     

    Not it is proper for the Prophet and those who believe

    to ask Allah’s forgiveness for the polyteists

    even though they be close kin

    after it has become clear to them

    that they are the dwellers of the fire.

    nabi ko aur musalmanon ko laayiq nahi
    ke mushrikeen ke liye maghfirat ki dua maangen
    agarche woh rishte daar hi hon
    jabke un ke liay zahir ho choka 
    ke yeh log dozakhi hain.

    9.114

    وَمَا كَانَ ٱسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ

    إِلَّا عَن مَّوْعِدَةٍ وَعَدَهَآ إِيَّاهُ

    فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُۥٓ

    أَنَّهُۥ عَدُوٌّ لِّلَّهِ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ ۚ

    إِنَّ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ لَأَوَّٰهٌ حَلِيمٌ

    Wa maa kaanas tighfaaru ibraaheema li abeehi

    illaa 'ammaw 'idatinw wa 'adahaaa iyyaahu

    falammaa tabaiyana lahooo

    annahoo 'aduwwul lillaahi tabarra a minh;

    inna Ibraaheema la awwaahum haleem

     

    And was not invoking of Allah’s forgiveness Eebraheem for his father
    but because of promise he had made to him his father
    But when it became clear to him Abraham
    that he his father is an enemy to Allah he disassociated himself from him
    verily Abraham was humble and forbearing.

    Aur ibrahim ka apne baap ki bakhshish chahna woh to na tha 
    mager aik wada ke sabab jo uss se ker choka tha
    phir jab unn per yeh baat zahir hogaee
    ke woh Allah ka dushman hai to woh iss se be talluq hogaya 
    waqaee ibrahim barha naram dil aur burd baar hai.
     

    9.115

     وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُضِلَّ قَوْمًۢا

    بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَىٰهُمْ

    حَتَّىٰ يُبَيِّنَ لَهُم مَّا يَتَّقُونَ ۚ

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

    Wa maa kaanal laahu liyudilla qawmam

    ba'da iz hadaahum

    hatta yubaiyina lahum maa yattaqoon;

    innal laaha bikulli shai'in 'Aleem

     

    and never was/will Allah lead astray a people

    after when he has guided them,

    until he makes clear to them as to what they should avoid,

    verily Allah of every thing is All-Knower.

     

    Aur Allah aisa nahi kerta ke kissi qom ko gumrah kerde
    unn ki hidayat ke baad  
    jab tak ke unn cheezon ko unhen saaf saaf na batla de jin se woh bachen
    be-shak Allah her cheez ko khoob janta hai.

    9.116

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ

    يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۚ

    وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ

    Innal laaha lahoo mulkus samaawaati wal ardi

    yuhyee wa yumeet;

    wa maa lakum min doonil laahi minw waliyyinw wa laa naseer

     

    Verily Allah unto him belongs the dominion of the heavens and earth,

    He gives life and he caueses death

    and  neither  you have besides Allah any protector nor any helper.

     

    Bila shuba Allah hi ki saltanat hai aasmanon aur zamin mein.
    Wohi jilata aur maarta hai
    aur tumhara Allah ke siwa na koi dost hai aur na koi madadgar hai.

    9.117

    لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ

    عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ

    ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِى سَاعَةِ ٱلْعُسْرَةِ

    مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٍ مِّنْهُمْ

    ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ

    إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمْ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Laqat taabal laahu

    'alan nabiyyi wal Muhaajireena wal Ansaaril

    lazeenat taba'oohu fee saa'atil 'usrati

    mim ba'di maa kaada yazeeghu quloobu fareeqim minhum

    summma taaba 'alaihim;

    innahoo bihim Ra'oofur Raheem

     

    verily forgave Allah
    on the Prophet and the emigrants and the helpers
    who followed him in the time of distress
    after had nearly deviated the hearts of the party of them
    then he accepted repentance of them,
    certainly he is unto them full of kindness Most Merciful.
     

    Beshak Allah ki rahmaten mutawajjah howen
    ghayb ki khabren batane wale nabi aur mohajirean aur ansaar per
    jinhon ne tangi ke waqt un ka sath diya
    iss ke baad ke qareeb tha ke inn me se koch logon ke dil phir jaain
    Phir Allah ne unn per tawajjoh farmaee.
    Bila shuba Allah inn sab per bahot hi shafiq meharban hai.

    9.118

     وَعَلَى ٱلثَّلَٰثَةِ ٱلَّذِينَ خُلِّفُوا۟

    حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا ضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ

    وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ

    وَظَنُّوٓا۟ أَن لَّا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّآ إِلَيْهِ

    ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ لِيَتُوبُوٓا۟ ۚ

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

    Wa 'alas salaasatil lazeena khullifoo

    hattaaa izaa daaqat 'alaihimul ardu bimaa rahubat

    wa daaqat 'alaihim anfusuhum

    wa zannnooo al laa malja-a minal laahi illaaa ilaihi

    summa taaba 'alaihim liyatooboo;

    innal laaha Huwat Tawwaabur Raheem

     And also upon the three who were left

    till when was straitened to them the earth as it was vast

    and were straitened on them their owneselves

    and they perceived that thereis no fleeing refuge from Allah but to him,

    then he forgave them that they might repent,

    verily Allah he is accepter of repentance Most Merciful.

     

    Aur teen shakson ke haal per jin ka moamla multawee chorh diya gaya .
    Yahan tak ke jab zamin ba-waajood apni wosat ke unn per tang hone lagi
    aur woh khud apni jaan se tang aagaye
    aur unhon ne samajh liya ke Allah se kahin panah nahi be-juz iss ke
    phir unn ke haal per tawajjuh farmaee takay woh phir toba ker saken.
    Be-shak Allah  bahot toba qabool kerne wala aur barha reham wala hai.

    9.119

    يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ

    وَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ

    Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanut taqul laaha

    wa koonoo ma'as saadiqeen

     

    O you who believe, be afraid of Allah

    and be with those who are true.

     

    Aey eaman walon! Allah se daro
    aur sachon ke sath raho.

    9.120

    مَا كَانَ لِأَهْلِ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ

    وَمَنْ حَوْلَهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ

    أَن يَتَخَلَّفُوا۟ عَن رَّسُولِ ٱللَّهِ

    وَلَا يَرْغَبُوا۟ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ عَن نَّفْسِهِۦ ۚ

    ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ لَا يُصِيبُهُمْ ظَمَأٌ

    وَلَا نَصَبٌ وَلَا مَخْمَصَةٌ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ

    وَلَا يَطَـُٔونَ مَوْطِئًا يَغِيظُ ٱلْكُفَّارَ

    وَلَا يَنَالُونَ مِنْ عَدُوٍّ نَّيْلًا

    إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُم بِهِۦ عَمَلٌ صَٰلِحٌ ۚ

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

    Maa kaana li ahlil Madeenati

    wa man hawlahum minal A'raabi

    ai yatakhallafoo 'ar-Rasoolil laahi

    wa laa yarghaboo bi anfusihim 'an nafsih;

    zaalika bi annahum laa yuseebuhum zama unw

    wa laa nasabunw wa laa makhmasatun fee sabeelil laahi

    wa laa yata'oona mawti'ai yagheezul kuffaara

    wa laa yanaaloona min 'aduwwin nailan

    illaa kutiba lahum bihee 'amalun saalih;

    innal laaha laa yudee'u ajral muhsineen

     

    not it was becoming of the people of Al-Madina

    and those around them of the bedouins

    to remain behind from Prophet Allah’s

    and nor to prefer thir own lives to his life

    that is because they neither afflicts them thirts

    and nor fatigue and nor hunger in the way of Allah

    and nor they take any step to anger the disbelievers

    and nor they inflict upon an enemy any injury

    ]but is written to their credit with it as the deed righteous,

    surely Allah not wastes the reward of the good-doers.

     

    Madine walon ko zaiba na tha 
    aur na un ko jo dehaati unn ke gird-o-paish hain
    ke rasool Allah ko chorh ker peeche reh jayen
    aur na yeh ke apni jaan ko unn ki jaan se aziz samajhen
    yeh iss sabab se ke inn ko jo piyas lagi
    aur jo thakaan phonchi aur jo bhook lagi Allah ki raah me 
    aur jo kissi aisi jagah chalay jo kuffaar ke liye mojib-e-ghaiz hua  
    aur dushmanon ki jo kuch khaber li
    inn sab per in ke liay neik amal likha gaya.
    Yaqeenan Allah mukhliseen ka ajar zaya nahi kerta.

    9.121

     وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ نَفَقَةً صَغِيرَةً وَلَا كَبِيرَةً

    وَلَا يَقْطَعُونَ وَادِيًا

    إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُمْ

    لِيَجْزِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَحْسَنَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ

    Wa laa yunfiqoona nafa qatan sagheeratanw wa laa kabeeratanw

    wa laa yaqta'oona waadiyan

    illaa kutiba lahum

    liyajziyahumul laahu ahsana maa kaanoo ya'maloon

     And nor do they spend anything small and nor great

    and nor they cross a valley

    but is written to their credit

    that may recompense them Allah with the best of what they used to do.

     

    Aur jo kuch chota barha enhon ne kharach kiya
    aur jo maidan tay kerte hain
    sab inn ke naam likha gaya
    takay Allah inn ke kaamon ka ache se acha badla de

    9.122

    وَمَا كَانَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ لِيَنفِرُوا۟ كَآفَّةً ۚ

    فَلَوْلَا نَفَرَ مِن كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ

    لِّيَتَفَقَّهُوا۟ فِى ٱلدِّينِ

    وَلِيُنذِرُوا۟ قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ

     لَعَلَّهُمْ  يَحْذَرُونَ

    Wa maa kaanal mu'minoona liyanfiroo kaaaffah;

    falaw laa nafara min kulli firqatim minhum taaa'ifatul

    liyatafaqqahoo fiddeeni

    wa liyunziroo qawmahum izaa raja'ooo ilaihim

    la'allahum yahzaroon

    And not proper it was for the believers to go out fight all together,

    if not go forth of every troop of them a party only

    that they may get instructions in the religion Islam

    and that then may warn their people when they return to them,

    so that they may beware of evil.

     

    Aur musalmanon se yeh to ho nahi sakta ke sab ke sab niklen
    to kiyon na ho ke inn ki her barhi jamat se aik choti jamat nikle
    takay deen ki samajh hasil keren
    aur wapas aaker apni qaom ko darayen
    takay woh bachen.

    9.123

     يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

    قَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْكُفَّارِ

    وَلْيَجِدُوا۟ فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً ۚ

    وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

    Yaaa aiyuhal lazeena aamanoo

    qaatilul lazeena yaloonakum minal kuffaari

    walyajidoo feekum ghilzah;

    wa'lamooo annal laaha ma'al muttaqeen

     

     O you who believe!

    Fight thoes who are close to you of the disbelievers

    and let them fing in you harshness

    and know that Allah is with those who are the pious.

     

    Aey eman walon!
    inn kuffaar se larho jo tumhare aas pass hain
    aur inn ko tumhare ander sakhti pana chahaiye
    aur yeh yaqeen rakho ke Allah muttaqion ke sath hai

    9.124

     وَإِذَا مَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ

    فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ

    أَيُّكُمْ زَادَتْهُ هَٰذِهِۦٓ إِيمَٰنًا ۚ

    فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟

    فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَٰنًا

    وَهُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

    Wa izaa maaa unzilat Sooratun

    faminhum mai yaqoolu

    aiyukum zaadat hu haazihee eemaanaa;

    fa ammal lazeena aamanoo

    fazaadat hum eemaananw

    wa hum yastabshiroon

     

    And whenever there is sent down a surah

    some of them hypocrites are such as say

    which of you has increased him this in faith

    as for those who believe in

    has increased them in faith

    and they rejoice.

     

    Aur jab koi surat nazil ki jati hai
    to baaz kehtay hain
    ke iss surat ne tum me se kiss ke imaan ko ziyada kiya 
    so jo emaan wale hain
    iss surat ne unn ke emaan ko ziyada kiya
    aur woh khush horahe hain.

    9.125

    وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ

    فَزَادَتْهُمْ رِجْسًا إِلَىٰ رِجْسِهِمْ

    وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ

    Wa ammal lazeena fee quloobihim maradun

    fazaadat hum rijsan ilaa rijsihim

    wa maatoo wa hum kaafiroon

     

     but as for those in whose hearts is a disease it will add suspicion

    and doubt to their suspicion disbelief and doubt

    and they die while they are disbelievers.

     

    Aur jin ke dilon me bimari hai
    iss surat ne unn me unn ki gandagi ke sath aur gandagi barha di
    aur woh halat-e-kufur hi mein mar gaye.

    9.126

     أَوَلَا يَرَوْنَ

    أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِى كُلِّ عَامٍ مَّرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ

    ثُمَّ لَا يَتُوبُونَ وَلَا هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ

    Awalaa yarawna

    annahum yuftanoona fee kulli 'aamim marratan aw marrataini

    summa laa yatooboona wa laa hum yazzakkkaroon

     

    Do not see they

    that they are put in trial in every year once or twice

    yet not they turn in repentance nor do they learn a lesson from it.

     

    Aur kiya inn ko nahi dikhta
    ke yeh log her saal aik baar yaa do baar kissi na kissi aafat me phanste hain
    phir bhi na toba kerte aur na naseehat qabool kerte hain.

    9.127

    وَإِذَا مَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ

    نَّظَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ

    هَلْ يَرَىٰكُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ

    ثُمَّ ٱنصَرَفُوا۟ ۚ

    صَرَفَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُم

    بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَفْقَهُونَ

    Wa izaa maaa unzilat Sooratun

    nazara ba'duhum ilaa ba'din

    hal yaraakum min ahadin

    summman sarafoo;

    sarafal laahu quloobahum

    bi annahum qawmul laa yafqahoon

     

    and whenever there is sent down a surah

    they look one at another,

    saying does see you anyone,

    then they turn away

    has turned Allah their hearts

    because they are a people not that understand.

     

    Aur jab koi surat nazil ki jati hai
    to aik doosray ko dekhne lagte hain
    kiya tum ko koi dekhta to nahi
    phir chal detay hain
    Allah ne inn ka dil phair diya hai 
    ke woh na samajh log hain.

    9.128

    لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ

    عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ

    حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُم

    بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    Laqad jaaa'akum Rasoolum min anfusikum

    'azeezun 'alaihi maa 'anittum

    hareesun 'alaikum

    bilmu'mineena ra'oofur raheem

    Verily there has come unto you a Prophet from amongst yourselves.

    (it grieves) hurts him that you should receive any injury or difficulty.

    He is anxious over you,

    for the believers the most compassionate and the most merciful.

     

    Be shak Tumhare pass tashreef laye tum me se woh rasool
    jin per tumhari takleef bahot hi dushwaar guzarti hai
    jo tumhari bhalaee nihayet chahne wale
    musalmanon per barhe hi shafiq aur meharban hain.

    9.129

     فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟

    فَقُلْ حَسْبِىَ ٱللَّهُ

    لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ

    عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ

    وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

    Fa in tawallaw

    faqul lhasbiyal laahu

    laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa

    'alaihi tawakkkaltu

    wa Huwa Rabbul 'Arshil 'Azeem 

     

    But if they turn away,

    say is sufficient for me Allah,

    there is no god except He

    in Him I put my trust

    and He is The Rab of Throne, The Mighty.

     

    Phir agar roo gardaani keren
    to aap kehden ke mere liye Allah kafi hai
    iss ke siwa koi mabood nahi.
    Mey ne issi per bharosa kiya
    aur woh barhay arsh ka maalik hai.

    9.129

     فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَقُلْ حَسْبِىَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

    1. Fa in tawallaw faqul lhasbiyal laahu laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa 'alaihi tawakkkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul 'Arshil 'Azeem (section 16)
    2.  

    129. But if they turn away say O Muhammad is sufficient for me Allah, there is no god except he Allah in him I put my trust and he is the Raub of Throne arsh the Minghty.

     

     Phir agar roo gardaani keren to aap keh dijiye kay meray liya Allah kafi hai iss kay siwa koi mabood nahi. Mein ney issi per bharosa kiya aur woh baray arsh ka maalik hai.
